Come here pretty much every night at 3-4am for my lunch break and I’m always greeted by name, by the friendliest employees and best service imaginable. Food is always as ordered and delicious. Charles, Jeff, and the crew always put a smile on my face when I roll through! Keep up the great work guys you’re really giving your customers your all, and your dedication and hard work is very much appreciated!
The staff consistently preform a great job. The fast food business is difficult and the staff of this location does the best job possible. Today, I witnessed a “grown person” curse out a staff member because of short delay with her food.. The staff member stayed professional and kind. It sucks that people consistently act like Karen’s or Brandon’s..
Go somewhere else. You'll die in the carline. Not kidding. I've never seen a fast food place so slow. And forget parking and going inside to order, you'll die inside waiting for the food to come to the table. You will literally beat the other cars in line if you drive into Conroe and back. Order is typically always wrong and food is mediocre. Save yourself and wallet!
Attempted a dine and asked the lazy server for an extra ketchup she told me that she would be right back with it. Then I watch her go outside and just sit back and talk to someone in their car. She comes back glances at me and starts yapping away with employees while they work and she watched. Then today at the drive through, 2 ? cadets are standing there taking orders. I clearly stated cheeseburger and a side of ranch. I made a political joke about snowflakes, so then at the drive through yet another ? cadet gives my order to me thus forgetting the cheese and side of ranch. Bottom line never hire a ?AG or depend on them for anything!!
This Whataburger needs a lot of improvement in all areas.Inside is always dirty. Drink dispensing area is dirty and sticky. Tables are never clean. Today's order was a replacement order for an order they messed up two weeks ago. Guess what they didn't get it right today either. Spicy chicken sandwich was supposed to be dry had mayo, lettuce and tomato on it. Chicken strip basket didn't have a cup of gravy.
My last visit was most definitely my last visit to any Whataburger have never been so frustrated in my entire life the girl working the drive window was more interested in what the guys had between there leggs than taking Orders or just doing her JOB will NEVER EVER GO TO ANY OF THEIR LÖCATIONS PERIODE.THANKS.P.s I think they should just close up and call it done
Good food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Who could ask for more. Love the burgers & breakfast items. Highly recommend!
Everything was great but the refried beans were a little cool. I asked for more that weren't cool but the next batch was the same temp. Not the end of the world and the waitstaff were very attentive.
Waited 25mins for ONE Whatameal THIS IS WHAT I COME HOME TO… RIDICULOUS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST
I have had so many horrible experiences in a row now. I will not be coming back. Everything from being charged WAY to much, to my orders being COMPLETELY wrong, to unhelpful management. My family LOVES Whataburger, so we are very sad about this. This location will no longer be visited by us.
