Always tasty burgers. Sometimes the fries aren't hot and crispy as they promise but do a good job overall. The Wendy's app on the other hand, is very lousy and doesn't work half the time
Poor and greedy ownership. No napkins dispenser in lobby, asked for napkins and employee gave me exactly 2. Sure they were trained this way by ownership. No trays for dine-in orders, which I'm sure the owner didn't want to pay for, so I'm expected to eat off a bag on usually dirty tables. Also no NFC (tap to pay) on card readers in the year 2022 despite them being capable of being active by logo on the top, which I'm sure the owner also didn't want to pay to have available. Also, many missing flavors in the soda machine in the lobby. Only had Sprite in the back. Probably didn't want to pay to have it in both the lobby and drive thru.
Last time going to Wendy’s! 31$ for 2 meals, no receipt but looked it up in the app and it’s not adding up smh…pay for large, get a shmedium just in a large container ?
Went there with my wife. Fries were cold and the 10 piece.The young lady behind the register was rude when I brought this to there attention.Last time I came to this new location everything was fresh and friendly.My ticket shows I was there at 11:53 AM. 6-8-22.
This is the best Wendy's ever the food is always fresh! They also have great lemonade
Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 burgers 2 fries a large drink and two 10 piece nuggets. Everything showed on screen as correct was even asked if we wanted sauce for the nuggets ordered. Get to the window to pay and received 2 burgers 1 fry and a drink.... when my husband told them we were missing half our order the employees argued with him that he didn’t order any nuggets or another burger! Wait forever in line and get a screwed up order. Ridiculous!!! And they can’t blame being understaffed because there was 4 people at the window!
My order: 3 double bacon burgers, one 6 piece chicken nugget and med 1 fry, one chicken club burger from the value menue and one chicken specialty burger(#11?).I recieved: 2 bacon burgers and two small fries.I wouldn't complain except I was buying for a two year old getting off a road trip. She wanted her nuggies.I didn't recieve a receipt. Food was alright.
Terrible , ordered plain got the whole spread on it , fries were cold , too salty and soggy on top of burnt ... the chicken nuggets were hard and plastic like the whole experience was disappointing
I'd usually give 5 stars and say, it's wendys!!! But my food was cold upon arrival from drive thru and wasn't what I ordered. When I pay almost 8$ for a baconator or 3, I'd like baconators please, not a double cheeseburger with bacon on it. And they had no flavor. New to the area, probably won't use this spot again unless they want to comp my next meal. Ticket was 2 bacinator sandwiches, 1 regular hamburger plain. Up to them.
This has turned into a regular stop for me...mainly on the weekends. Super clean EVERYTHING, as it is new! Some of the nicest people you will ever meet work at this location! Kind of a pain to get in and out of with construction right now.
