Went to this location for a quick dinner. Our order was taken promptly and as soon as we pulled up to the window and payed, we were told to pull around to the front and park. While waiting there were 3-4 cars behind us that all had to do the same. We had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for our food. Since we had to wait, we expected the food to be cooked fresh and for it to be warm. We got back to our hotel only to find that our food was cold! The cheese on the baconator fries literally was not even melted as pictured below. I took a bite of my fries and they were cold, so I tried the burger and it was not even the least bit warm. Every meal we had was cold! Extremely disappointed with this location.
At roughly 8:45pm, the frosty machine had been turned off. 10 minutes for a chocolate frosty. No spicy chicken ready. 10 minutes for spicy chicken. When I finally got everything, the spicy chicken was fast nooked in the microwave and the fries were old and stale. 10 min wait for sub par meal. The nuggets were good.
The kid at the register was confused and got our order (as well as others after us) wrong. But the girl that fixed it was so sweet and apologetic. I don't know if she is a manager but she is or would be a great one!
The staff at this location is super friendly. They brought the food to my table. The location has a fantastic soda machine, but the fries were old and overly salted. Also, when did a Chicken Asigo Combo become $12?! I didn't even order a large. Pricing is not this location's fault, though.
Very friendly employees. DELICIOUS Frosty! Chocolate Chip cookie was very sweet. The girl was just too kind when she asked me to buy the last cookie. It was only $0.99. LOL
The food was delicious. Ordered a fish sandwich and it was freshly made...fries crispy and went great with my frosty.
We always stop at this location to use the restrooms when on trips to Montgomery since they have always been clean. Then my Little Bits always want Wendy's after. They have always gotten our orders correct and out in good timing. We don't go to Wendy's very often so the kids really love the treat and look forward to it when we are in town.I do have to mention that so far no one has experienced any tummy troubles after THIS location. On trips and stops at some other locations, the ones that ate have had bad tummy issues so much that we pretty much gave up Wendy's. (I can't eat anything here due to so many allergies and no options available.)
Food is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it's dried out and crust like it's been sitting out all day.
I tried to go into the dining area went around 7:30 pm tonight but online it says they close at 11 pm. But there were people already eating in dining area, why is this? And when I went in from gas station side and the guy that was working there was sweeping and said drive thru. There was no sign that they were closing early.....very disappointed.
It's fine but hard to get in n out of parking and back on to 105 but I think once the Denny's is built it will be better
