This location has been a problem from the beginning. Lobby closed before 9 PM all the time. Tonight, I walked in to order. Got home, and discovered I was shorted an order of cinnamon twists and a beefy 5 layer burrito, plus my crunchy taco barely had ANY meat in it. The phone number on Google and on the receipt goes to San Antonio, and nobody answers AT ALL. Gas is far too expensive to return for the missing items, so I'll just chalk it up to lesson learned and never patronize this location again.

I mean they are fast, but I ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa and the shell was HEAVILY toasted… like dark brown. Just surprised they looked at that and said “huh good enough”.

I ordered 5 supreme tacos with no lettuce on a Mobile order. All I got was meat and cheese. The person at the box to order only said “pull forward.” Didn’t repeat my order or anything. When I got home- only meat and cheese when there is supposed to be sour cream and tomorrows. Why am I paying for a supreme!?! I need a refund because this is insane to pay for a supreme taco when I’m only getting a regular one basically. This is theft!!!! The least they could have done is told me “oh I’m so sorry but we are out of tomatoes and sour cream!!” But no. Nothing. Fix this please.

Now serving completely soaked lettuce tacos! Ordered 6 regular soft tacos and all I got was extremely wet lettuce wrapped in a soft shell. Hardly any meat or cheese. Didn't realize I ordered a lettuce wrap. Lettuce was so wet, it turned the paper wraps and the bag to paper mush. A big GFY to this location and its operators! Cant even successfully make the simplest item on your menu. Shut it down, you suck!

Order online, in person, or in the drive thru. It will always end the same- wrong. My husband is allergic to lettuce. All he wants is a supreme with no lettuce. Instead we get the regular with extra lettuce somehow. How hard is it to make a taco if you’re reading the order??? Apparently impossible at this location.

They’ve messed up my order all 3 times I’ve eaten here. They forget to include some ingredients and add tomatoes to items that don’t come with tomatoes. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell and usually love eating at Taco Bell. They didn’t even give me my receipt so I could leave a review with Taco Bell online. Go to the one 5 minutes further down the 105 and you’ll enjoy your meal with no surprises.

I know writing reviews doesn’t go far for corporate businesses but the public should know.This is a new location, I get that, but the staff needs serious training. Multiple times that my family and I have ordered from this location they have made items poorly or not given us the items we’ve paid for. Today I had informed the gentleman that was assisting me at the drive through about my missing items from a few days ago when suddenly a woman with a poor attitude took over and said they would include them today and then rushed me through the line without asking if I was finished with my order, without giving me my total, without asking if I would like any sauce, and to top it all off still without the items.The phones are still down at this location or I would try calling again… it’s a shame that this location is so badly ran by the employees. I’ll continue to go to the TacoBell down 105. Much better employees and food

Definitely NOT the best Taco Bell around. After attempting to place our order online, we went to the store to order and was told "we get thousands of online orders everyday" by the rudest cashier. Then when placing our order found out that we couldn't order any of it because all of it was online only. Then after paying an extra 15 bucks to order everything. Got our food home to find it must have been stored in a cooler the whole time. Everything was ice cold and not even remotely warm anywhere. The taco meat was very dry with juice in it. And more than half our order was the wrong items. Seems like they just picked up the first things in their chute and handed them to us so we would leave. If customer service is what places strive for, then this location has dropped the bar on all fronts. Will not be back at this location. If we decide to have Taco Bell again we will drive the extra 15 min so we can have hot, correct, and cheaper food.

Very sloppy. Horrible food can’t even make a quesadilla.

DO NOT GO! I was super excited for this new Taco Bell, but after today, I will not be returning. My drink had no flavor, my potatoes were completely burnt, power bowl had barely anything in it, my Cinnabons had no sugar. The food barely was done. It was disgusting.also the phone number doesn’t work, so I couldn’t call.
