I use to love taco bell. But now they are just to expensive to eat. I got 1cheesy gordita crunch with steak and a Baja freeze and it was 12 dollars. The other day I wanted 6 regular tacos and it was almost 20 dollars. Back I. The day I could order 2 gorditas a burrito supreme and a drink for 15 dollars. The employees say blame it on inflation. Weak. I will be supporting my local taqueria trucks or la Palma in Conroe. But this is a goodbye to taco bell. I wouldn't even rate them 1 star but I had to give them something to spread the word on how they are price gouging. Support la Palma in Conroe.
What’s the point of them getting paid more if when we walk in no one says hi or even acknowledge us. I ordered a freeze for happy hour and waited 20 mins before they told me the machine is broken. Then proceeded to give me a refund in all change when I paid with a card. Her names Gabriellea or something and she was rude with a stank as attitude. I’m not surprised though everyone looked stoned and they clearly forget the sauce when a DoorDash order goes through. Such a disappointment the crew is.
This place won’t sell you certain things unless you use the app. I order the exact same thing at a Taco Bell down the road with no problem. Just drive the extra mile down the road for other location. Is 100% worth it.
Dine in says “open come on in” 7am-12am or later. The doors are locked. Went to the drive thru to order and they had me pull back around the building to wait for food even though no one else was in line. Then sat for a while waiting on food. Again, no one else was even there so it’s not like they were busy. Went another time in the drive thru and after we got our food, we were checking to see if the order was correct. The guy working the window said we needed to move out of the way to check the order because they are kinda busy. We can come in if the order was wrong. No I can’t come in. That’s why I went in the drive thru. I have little kids that I can’t just leave in the car to come in. Employee was rude.
Whoever was working March 13, 2022 between 4 and 5 are great workers they know how to make some good tacos.
Everytime I visit this Taco Bell all the employees are really kind and courteous. My order is always correct and the drive through staff are very accommodating. Kudos to kind and courteous staff. It makes all the difference!!
I work for doordash went to pick up order and had to text customer and they wanted me to go to front window couldn't as a big rig was in my way they were so rude I literally cannot believe how rude then they told me to f off I will never Ever come back to this taco bell after covid I've noticed customer service going to pot but this was the worst I've ever experienced
I came through once with my kids and dog. The girls loved my pupper. I came through again today no dog but the girl at the window remembered me. She’s super cute and was so polite. The food packaging needs work.
Employees have less then welcoming attitudes. And told me I had to download an app to get an item on the menu. Nah.
Food is always correct, fast and still hot. Best Taco Bell around
