Everything about this place is awesome. We get the super spud with pork, and it is enough for 2 people and some. The barbecue sauce is great.
You know it’s good when that’s all that’s left from a giant stuffed sweet potato! Awesome food and even more amazing people!
Got three big joes. They come out to about 14 bucks after tax. Not enough meat, too much barbecue sauce. Barbecue sauce was too sweet.

This food truck is fabulous! We had the Big Joe topped with brisket. The potato was huge, fluffy, creamy and piping hot. The brisket was tender, tasty and had no blobs of fat. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy and delicious. We also had a piece of caramel cheesecake, which was super cold and tasty. The people working were really nice and helpful. There are picnic tables if you want to eat outside under the trees.
