The tator tots were cooked to perfection and not too greasy. The reason for the 3 out of 5 stars falls on two things: having to ask for napkins and the customer service. My husband placed the order and he has a hearing disability. The young lady on the speaker was talking so fast it was difficultto comprehend her communication. Then when asked to repeat she seemed annoyed. I then took over the conversation because she clearly just wanted to get the info and move on. She then became annoyed with me because I repeated our order along with letting her know that she is not coming through clearly. I don't know if it's generational or not but customer service is a thing of the past
I’ve been coming here for around 16 years and honestly I’ve been mad dissatisfied lately. 1, last weekend got pickle fries and they threw them into my bag not to mention they were soggy and I counted no joke like 8 fries? Ok cool I guess. Then again tonight I got them, they come with ranch. No ranch. I had to ask 2 times and they took 20 minutes as it wasn’t until I GOT OUT of my car and asked someone. I just don’t understand why it was an issue. Anyways I feel they’re going down a drain and it’s disappointing.
Both app and Google site had wrong opening time. Had to wait extra 45 minutes for my complete order. They saw me parked in the stall and confirmed my order was on the way, about 15 minutes after my scheduled time of 7:30. Not once did they inform me that they opened later than what was posted on app and Google. Wouldn't have been as disappointed if I was at least told the opening time was different. I had to push the button at 7:55am, in order to find out that they weren't open until 8am. Food is always good, but service was definitely below par today.
I love this place the carhops are awesome They treat everyone decent even this old lady and if we're not happy they make it right.. If I could I'd tip them much better they deserve it especially because I'm picky I don't like cheese on my burgers and sometimes the cook adds it anyway.. But otherwise seeing from the inside how busy they are and how well the management is on top of everything I give it 5 star's as a favorite place to eat. And is very close to home.Kudos to the whole team and management.Lynda64
I have never had a bad experience from sonic till last night all three of my kids got sick from their food. I order them the exact same thing and they where the only one that got sick. This is unacceptable
Sonic is Sonic's food's good always great fast easy unless you go in there at the end of the night and you're the last person about to give you all that old food that's under the lamp
Not sure what is wrong, but I've gone there twice now and the taste of my drink always seems a bit off. Maybe it's the water used to make ice or the ice machine? Otherwise the staff is very friendly & made for a pleasant visit.
We usually enjoy coming to this sonic. Husband was giving $1.60 tip from the change of a$20 bill, telling the young man to give him $9 back. So, he leaves to go make change; comes back and says he doesn't have enough change, could he just give my husband $8. Then says I have 88 cents, too. My husband said it was fine. I told him they must be teaching this, because the same had happened to me with another car hop at a different time. If we should return, we will be requiring full change first or pay with card.
Wait times are way to long. I waited for one large soft drink almost 6 minutes. Unacceptable yall need to tighten up on your car hops.
What on Earth is wrong with the intercom audio? I can't hear anything being said by the cashier. Just loud screeching. Stall #18. Please fix.My order came out incorrect. Twice. It came out with mayo first time. It came out as a single instead of a double the second time.I ate the second order anyway. Two stars because the food was good, otherwise.
