Great Customer service and really great kolaches, Donuts, fast friendly service.Everything about this location is good always has been.
The person that works there lied the donuts ? were cold all of them . Not fresh we were there at 8 in the morning. And yes we asked her if they were fresh.

Went to Shipley donuts this morning The kolache’s we had absolutely fabulous the Best kolaches in any Shipley donuts that I’ve ever been to. The service was absolutely astonishing. The customer service rep at the window was the sweetest lady I had spoken to in a while she even made us one extra donut a piece. She had just sold out the last of the maple donuts that my nephew wanted to order. So not only did we get the donuts we asked for she also made us two of the same kind of donuts and they were both fresh and warm and delicious. I would suggest anyone go to Shipleys donuts in Magnolia. Thank you so much for everything you made our day this morning from the lady driving the black CRV
When Best Donuts in Montgomery Texas opens, I’ll bet you wished you would’ve got yourself off the phone and been a whole lot nicer to the people of Montgomery for the last many years. We’re not going to miss you bye-bye. You need an industry where you don’t interact with people. You have no people skills.
