Everything from the staff to food was amazing. We all made happy plates. We’ve been here multiple times and will continue to eat here. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The seafood is very fresh and prepared perfectly. They all were so friendly and they all worked as a team. When everyone is smiling together it makes the experience so much better. Great job guys. We will return.

Prime bistro is so amazing. The staff is incredible. I felt so welcome and I left full. Their seafood menu was spot on. everybody should eat here at least once in their life!!

Wow! Always love coming here. Melanie was our server tonight (again), and she was superb. My wife had the stuffed mushrooms app and I had the Caesar salad- both were wonderful. For the entrees, the wife had the Prime Fillet medium and I had the Ribeye. Both were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Sides were the brussel sprouts (delectable) and some very large and tender asparagus. We weee too full for dessert but we were tempted by the flourless chocolate cake. And a very nice wine list too!!Edit: Ben the head chef talked to us and discussed his plans for menu additions coming soon, all fresh unfrozen fish and other seafood!! We will be in next week to sample.

My wife and I went here based upon friends recommendations from the original restaurant. What a major disappointment ☹️ We arrived early evening only 1 other family there, not a good sign. I ordered the Rib-eye which was listed for at market value on the menu, that turned out to be $42 and very tuff and tasteless. Now you would expect to see something as common as a ribeye listed at a standard price and not at market value like seafood and on top of that I can go down HWY 105 t PP’s and get a full quality ribeye with salad, baked potato and all the fixins for $15. This place didn’t even offer sautéed mushrooms and onions either. Very limited menu and my wife’s blackened fish was something to be lacking. Good luck with your new restaurant y’all

The food was good but seemed quite a bit overpriced even for "fine dining". We were one of three small groups in the restaurant and it seemed to take forever for our food to come out for some reason. I would consider going again if prices weren't so high.

Crew from the closed restaurant previously know as "*corn", taking it all up a notch, great food, menu evolving, staff is awesome. Sorry, some pictures are not as it came, started eating when I remembered to take a picture...

We went to Prime for the first time this evening for a family meal. While you can do some research before selecting a new place to go, you are usually taking a bit of a chance. We picked right tonight - from the simple, one page menu (suggesting fresh not frozen), great dishes on it, and the engaging professional staff, we all enjoyed our trip to Prime. After enjoying a Greek salad and truffle oil mushrooms to start, two of us had the redfish, one had the small filet steak. The selection of sides was great too - roasted brussells, asparagus, bistro corn and broccoli adorned our plates. Well done guys - great job!

Brussels tasted perfect! Asparagus was tender, and the desserts delicious!

If I could give a 3.5 I would. Staff was great, owner seems like she cares. Food ? Some of it was delish and some of it was so-so and one item had to be returned, though to be fair several items could have been sent back. The culprit was salt/over seasoning, which we brought up to the owner. She handled it perfectly, took care of the item in question, and then talked with us after dinner, she was really nice. Our server (Tori) was awesome and attentive. I will 100% go again.

A group of six of us enjoyed a delightful meal last night at the new Prime Bistro Montgomery. The official grand opening is tomorrow starting at 11A.M. when we already have a reservation to try lunch! We began our meal with drinks all around, all very good. There were specialty drinks available as well as reasonably priced wine choices. We shared a appetizer of the Garlic Bread Caprese, warm bread topped with a small caprese salad which was very good. Most of us chose salads next, mostly Caesar which was delicious. Although the steaks sounded good as did the flounder and other choices, we all opted for the seared redfish, a treat we do not see often offered in this area. It was well-prepared with a blackened seasoning that gave it great flavor without too much heat. It came with a choice of two sides, and we sampled many - the bistro corn, herb-roasted potatoes in duck fat(!), roasted Brussels sprouts, sauteed spinach. broccoli, wild rice, or asparagus. Although the dessert choices were a flourless chocolate cake or bread pudding, we were satiated and taking home leftovers. Chef Brian came out to speak to us, and we applauded him as well as telling him how much we had enjoyed the evening. We shall certainly return. The ambiance was pleasant and the room was very clean and appealing.
