Cold fries, my spicy chicken... wasn't!No more Shrimp PoBoy...No more Cajun dirty rice.... Major Fail!Nothing Louisiana kitchen about Popeye's anymore!
On 3-16-2022 I made the mistake of making another online order with this particular Popeye's . If you have 30 minutes to kill just pull in here and order It's always, we don't have that but it will be 2-3 minutes just pull up over there. 25 minutes later here comes your order and it's usually wrong or something is left out. On this day, I ordered the 2 can dine chicken on line. When I arrive. We only have legs and thighs. The fries will be a few minutes. Just pull up past the trash can. here we go again. 20 minutes later I pull back around to the drive thru window and wait 3 more minutes for them to see me. Then she doesn't apologize for the wait or inconvenience just hands me my order. I get home and they have lineed the bottom of the box with my fries and placed the greasy chicken on them. The fries were like a soaked paper towel with grease. I also ordered the shrimp and it would not let me complete the order unless I added my condiments, which I chose cocktail sauce. It didn't matter, they didn't put it in the bag anyway. The past 3 visits here have been the same and I didn't complain. This time, I had to. This place needs some management.
Food was amazing. the sweet tea is so delicious. service was fast and friendly sometimes there is a small wait if the are out of something but at least it will be fresh
I used to come here a lot but every time I come now it’s always cold. The fries and sandwiches used be very good but now they are always cold and gross. I’m only eating at Popeyes when I see a different one that isn’t this location.
Been to the popeyes near me twice to try the new flounder fish sandwich. I finally got one, VERY Disappointed!! Very poorly made, more like slapped together. Two pickles, barely a sign of tarter sauce. Won't buy a again!!
Ordered online and went to pick up. I was told at the counter that the drive through was priority and I would have to wait until the drive through was empty. Absolutely no respect for customers.
went the other night and got a 15 piece meal with 2 large sides. Took 20+ minutes to get the chicken and they were out of the large side containers. So their answer is 2 small side containers to equal 1 large side. They didn't even fill them up. SOOOO NOT worth the money. #3 worst experience at Popeyes that I have had behind Canal street in NO and SW Houston when the store was robbed at gunpoint. Not their fault but still. The lake conroe 105 location was not professional and the woman that I asked about the sides didn't care about customer service. She was wearing a different color shirt so I assume she was a manager. Will NOT return here. Had multiple bad experiences here but this was the last one. Will drive the extra 20 minutes to churches in Conroe for chicken from now on.
We ordered Popeyes through Uber (our Uber delivery driver was amazing). The food however, was HORRIBLE! First of all, the paper that goes inside the box…missing. The chicken was SO hard it hurt to try to bite through (they were chicken tenders). The biscuits tasted like powder and dry with no butter no salt no flavor. We asked for certain sauces and we received none of the correct ones. My child’s chicken nuggets were like rocks! The only good thing was our drinks and her applesauce ??♀️?? I am beyond disappointed. We will NEVER be back!
Last 3 times I have been, food has been horrible!Spend tons of $$$ for food you just throw away!Guess we will have to find a new chicken place..
