Thanks to a glitch for online/App ordering that hasn't been fixed in over two years. Forcing Lake Conroe residence to burn high priced gas and drive in a Montgomery construction zone.Last night was my last Pizza Hut Pizza.Events like this is why Pizza Hut is going under, Nation Wide.
They are always slow. They seem that they can’t keep anyone for delivery’s I ordered this time but now on I’m going with other pizza places

I waited over and hour and a half and my pizza and bread sticks were ice cold. I literally had to put them in the microwave! Very disappointed.I went to revise and say thank you for making things right. I was given a free pizza due to my last order and given cinnabuns. The pizza was fresh and we were very satisfied.
Do away with the delivery fee that goes to the franchise. Manager was helpful with an issue I had with cold food and a wait of 100 minutes for one pizza and an order of bread sticks. Disappointed with my go to pizza place but it may not be 100 percent out local Pizza Hut's fault, staff issues.
Great experience here! It's not often you can place a "carry out" order and only spend 5 minutes total in a restaurant but leave impressed by the level of customer service...but that's what happened! Not only was my pizza ready & hot, but I was greeted by several employees upon arrival. They even showed me the pizza before I left to make sure it was exactly as I wanted it! Seriously, it was a perfect pizza and a perfect customer service experience.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Pizza Hut. Always perfect and cooked as ordered. First time to order the Boneless Chicken Wings. The chicken was delicious. Wish the sauce was better.
Order slide around in the vehicle and the pizzas were smashed to one side of the box… unacceptable to say the least
Went there tonite and my food was burned but my kids was hungry so they went ahead and ate it. Was looking forward to my cheese bread but didn’t realize it was like this.
Lol a lot of you "reviewers" need to chill. It's a bunch of guys n gals driving around your food from Pizza Hut. A lot of it at times. A mistake is bound to happen and I find it... awkward... to decimate a rating because of one.Food is great; What I'd expect. Staff here is awesome and I have not had a delivery driver any less than "almost too friendly". Overall fantastic establishment AND, I'm saying that even though, they've gotten my order slightly wrong once! Oh my!P.S. They compensated me. No questions asked.I WILL say that almost every box (sphere?) Of chicken I've ordered has arrived semi crushed. This has had absolutely no effect on my experience. I'm just... curious...
