Spent $50 on 2 large pizzas. Dough was way over proofed. Completely flat! Supposed to have light sauce, lots of pepperoni and extra cheese. Almost no pepperoni, no sauce at all, pepperoni stuffed crust rose so much it made half the slice. BBQ chicken pizza had so many bubbles in the crust this one also had just half slices. Since we ordered through a delivery service, were just out the money. Definitely won't order again. From the looks of these other ratings, they don't care and poor quality is their standard.
I was kind of disappointed by the cheese and how it was leveled on the pizza wasn't really proportionate and it made the top very crunchy not that smooth Bit that Papa John's is known for
Absolutely horrible experience! I understand that it was a busy Sunday night but…. My pizza is in the oven heating up right now. Ordered at 7:52pm, received at it arrived at 9:47. This is a full 30 minutes after my scheduled delivery in the app. Ok, no biggie, I can wait. However, what is prompting me to write this is the fact that my pizza is completely cold and disgusting. After showing on the app that it was on the way for 50 minutes it finally arrived! No wonder it’s cold! Wondering if it’s really even safe to eat at this point! DO BETTER Papa Johns!!
Over 90 minutes still no pizza. Customer service number is a lady out of state that can’t even connect to the store. Would 0/5 if I could. I’ll never order papa Johns again
I ordered 3 large 3 topping pizzas this one was supposed to have double cheese and double ground beef. Almost no ground beef and definitely not double cheese either. Also ordered Pepperoni Lovers which has very little pepperoni, they should take lessons from Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Little Caesar’s or Marco to see what a pepperoni lovers looks like. The other was a 6 cheese that looks like a single cheese with dried Parmesan sprinkled on top. Complete waste of $50.00. This is the third time Poppa Johns in Montgomery TX burned us on pizza that is worse than frozen pizza. Staff not much better than pizza, rap music playing so loud when I walked in you could not hear yourself think and kind of thing looking guy that had non-serving attitude. Not worth your time and definitely a waste of money!
Today was the very first and for sure the very last time I have ever tried papa John's pizza.The phone order was easy and efficient. The service was a little delayed as only one poor young lady was working. Other wise not a bad experience.Then I got home....I ranked this pizza as the top 3 worst of all time. Only little Cesar's and Chuck E Cheeses you'll be as bad.A half hour later my world and freedom has been compromised.I type this knocking on death's door. I can not be more that 23 steps from the bathroom. And the noises my body is making is frightening the dog.God have mercy on my septic tank as papa John's has delivered something truly unique experience. Pizza and 5 bathroom breaks in 3 hours.
I have order from here twice. I have requested the pizza be square cut. Both times it was cut like a pie. I even put a note on the delivery to make sure it was square cut
If I could give zero stars I would whatever you do stay away from this place. I would rant on and on about how they took 3 hours and on and on but I’m no Karen. Just trust when I say STAY AWAY.
Ya know normally I ain’t their kind of pizza person but ima be real this location been hitting all the spots absolutely the most best fast food pizza type beat. I came in to tell them and everything, absolutely been delicious lately.
Slow poor service, pizza was ust OK. Better options elsewhere. Not worth taking the time or money to come back.
