Ordered a plate meal. Comes 2 entree meats and a side. Well my rice side was my main entree !!! Should been filled with my entree meats where they filled my side of rice!! Really 3 small pieces of chicken and 3 little pieces of beef main entrees ??? For 10.00 !!!??? Never come here at this Panda Express again ! Terrible meal ☹️
There was so much hair in my food like every time I took a bite it was clumps of hair in my mouth. To be honest, I would like something else in my mouth that wasn’t hair. Disgusting. Not coming back here btw I’m gonna head to Magnolia Diner it’s bussin. janelle.
The right hand didn't seem to know what the left hand was doing. One man in front of us said he was a drive thru customer, he had been waiting for a long time and had watched 10 people come and go that ordered after him. While inside we watched a young man pick up and hold every piece of fried food while he inserted a thermometer into the pieces. Not exactly appetizing to see all of the cross contamination going on. The egg rolls were all cracked and appeared over cooked, I asked for fresh and there seemed to be an attitude about it. Overall our trip was disappointing when compared to the superior service we receive at Panda in a mall in Guatemala City.... Hope it improves, and soon!
If you are looking for cold or Luke warm food, or maybe something that tastes several days old, this is the place! This place is horrible, and I highly suggest finding another place to eat. Stay away.
Never been so ripped off at a restaurant, had I not got all the way back to the house before I realized I would have gone back, ordered a plate with orange chicken, king po chicken and chow mein, amount of orange chicken was not much but at least I had some, the king po I had 3 pieces of chicken that’s it and non of them were bigger that a dime the pieces of zucchini and peppers were bigger than the chicken, thank goodness because otherwise there wouldn’t have been any at all there
Almost EVERY time I have to pull to the front and wait when going through the drive through even when they’re not busy. I’ve gotten the correct order MAYBE 3 times out of the 10. I enjoy Panda’s food but sometimes I think twice
I have been there 3 times and never actually received the food I ordered. I guess that's their way of getting you to try different things ?
I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl, they didn't give me the sauce so I called to see about getting some and was told they don't hand out the sauce if not requested. Uhm ordering the bowl is requesting the sauce. I was told they aren't supposed to just hand it out because it's wasteful, unless specifically asked for at the window... I'm sorry what?? Customer service was fine girl was kind but that is ridiculous. If you order a bowl for a specific item and the sauce comes separately then they should give out at the very least 1 sauce package... I've never had that problem at any PE before.
My goodness if you're going to wear gloves, change them out in between customers. Witnessed the young ladies, preparing food, touching door handles, picking up trash, touching their mask, cleaning tables all with the same set of gloves on. If you're so concerned about transmission then at least change in between tasks or you're better of washing hands in between.
They give very frugal portions the first and last time I have gone through the drive thru. I feel disappointed because I’m still hungry afterward. The food is always lukewarm, I don’t believe they’re constantly making fresh food like other locations I’ve gone to. I won’t be coming back here anymore.
