Well I hate to give such a low rating but the three times I've been there they have messed up my order. Once even gave me someone else's order. Which was about half the price of what I payed. Didn't realize it till I got home. With the price of fuel the way it is didn't feel like wasting the fuel to drive back up there. I suppose it was my fault for not checking my order before I took off. Bless their hearts!!!
I love that McDonald's is so committed to diversity. Now I can be disappointed by someone of every race, gender and creed just by going through the drive thru.
We ordered a 2c combo, a 4c combo and a number 3 combo, the first time we went we only got the 2c and number 3. When I called the store they ignored me the whole the call after they only said hello and then they hung up on me so, We went back to the store for the food with the receipt and all they had to say was they “forgot” to bring it to us and Looked at us like We were idiots when they finally gave me all my food then when We finally got home and looked at all the food the 2c was wrong and made as a regular number 2 and the number 3 had a pickle and two pieces of onion on it. Have to say the worst I’ve ever been treated there and worst experience I’ve ever encountered at McDonald’s.
Just when I thought they were getting it together, they dissappint again. Took them 3 times to get an unsweet tea instead of a sweet tea, my daughters soda was supposed to be a root beer not a coke, no pickles on the burger and the fries are cold! Very disappointing
Food is always prepared fast as possible and never has mistakes with my family's orders. We appreciate the speed but would like to see your employees smile more.
Not unexpected, but when I spent a lot of time going over my special order, they still got it wrong. When you ask for “no cheese” they still have to put that chemicalised cheese-like-tasting substance on the burger.The folks were friendly, the service was slow, and the burger was mediocre to poor. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, next time I’m there, I will open and examine each item that I ordered while I’m still in line in case there is an issue.
I use the curbside pick up a lot. I work at home. After dropping off my son for work, I order online, drive to the restaurant, check in, get my food and drive home/to work. It works great!
The worst service possible. If I can it would get no stars for how slow they are and they can't ever get the drink order right. Will never come back.
Running a delivery here staff specifically middle ages short haired overweight woman, who appeared to be a manager refused to acknowledge me as if I was less a customer because I was doing deliveries. This was very disappointing to me because I used to manage this very McDonald's and know more was expected out of me.
Food here is good, people are friendly, but I know some McDonald's serve a full menu all day, while this one waits til 10:30 am to serve burgers and fries.
