I will give my dinner experience here a 3.5 stars. Big credit to the lady manager who made my dinning experience worth it! She was very personable and had a good customer service. The Margaritas were not all that (expected more because it is called Margaritaville)!! Also..the rooms don't have individual microwaves and this is the closest place you can go to warm up any left overs. The food was not good and not bad, just average in my opinion.
Bella was the sweetest and so amazing!!! Thank you for making my 30th birthday awesome! The food was outstanding and the perfect margarita is...well PERFECT!!! ?✨

Poor service, poor food quality. First checked in with the hostess. Then we sat outside and waited for a waitress to come for at least 10 min. As no one came we decided to go order at the bar. 10 min after we ordered at the bar, a waitress came to see us outside. I asked for some water and advised her that we already ordered at the bar. She left and never came back with our waters.
Instead of leaving the resort, we came for lunch. Don’t expect anything fancy, just a good casual drinking and eating spot for the family. We enjoyed our drinks, fish sandwich, PO Boy, and fries. Typical resort prices, but your paying for convenience. Overall, we enjoyed the view of the lake, food, atmosphere, and friendly staff. We would eat here again.

We arrived and ordered breakfast. Hardly anyone in the cafe, and breakfast was served 45 min later. Service attention was great until the food arrived. Our chilaquiles was served soggy and cold. Cheese was supposed to be warm me melted. Was cold and dried out. We asked a server in passing to please take the plate and his reply to our above reasoning; and he replied it’s supposed to be soggy and cold. It’s not advertised that way, and we have chilaquiles all of the time, and it’s always served hot. One, don’t be cocky to your customers. This kid needs more training with customer service. Not once were we rude. If someone simply states it was too soggy for their liking, along with their apologies for you to take it back, just apologize and take the plate. Don’t insult our intelligence to tell us otherwise.
We had Jake as a server and it was terrible he cared more with talking to other servers than taking care of his table we ordered and he had somebody else bring out our drinks, we waited 20 minutes for a refill of coffee before we went in search of jake. The coffee sucked it was burned and tar like. Food came out eggs cooked wrong couldn’t eat them asked for over well done they came out with running egg whites. By the time we got more eggs another almost 20 minutes the rest of my food was cold. Asked for a manager and he didn’t bring her. Had to ask again. Again jake didn’t bring out our food somebody else did. He didn’t come out to check on us until he brought the check. Ridiculous when you are spending the amount of money not getting g not only the quality of food but the service.
Jake is absolutely amazing. Great server, awesome attitude, and a good head on his shoulders. He is the only reason I will be returning.
