We went to the landShark located in Walden… Montgomery Texas. We had a very nice waitress but the food was not that great. My grilled fish sandwich was dry and lacked flavor. My grandson ordered from kid’s menu chicken nuggets and celery sticks with ranch dressing. He said the ranch dressing tasted funny, I tasted it and it was warm…yuck!
Host told me there would be a 30 min wait. Waited 45 min and then went back to ask what the hold up was. The host looked outside and said “oh yea, we have a table now”. There was actually Plenty of seating outside as I was waiting outside for the text reminder. Waited another 10 min for a drink order and 5 min for a food order. Took another 30 min to get my food. This was on a Friday and the place was not packed. Don’t recommend this spot.
Service is very poor. Very unexperienced kids working here. I'm literally sitting here after ordering appetizers and main course and just now received my drink and they served my wife a drink she did not order. The food choices. The Shrimp Civeche is very dry and fishy tasting. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The cost of renting this place is not worth the restaurantier portion is seriously poor. The resort is nice and the staff is nice but the food is very poor in quality.
Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at LandShark. I was welcomed in as soon as I stepped inside by the host and hostess with warm and friendly smiles. Trish took phenomenal care of us once we were seated, she welcomed us again, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was perfectly attentive to us, I felt like she anticipated our needs, ensured we were pleased throughout our entire visit and even invited us to come back. The food was fresh, hot and delicious, paired well with top of the line service. Great experience!

Ordered from the bar and waited 45 mins for our food and it is given to us cold. We ordered Jamaica Jerk wings as an appetizer which were the tiniest wings that Ive ever seen and cold temperature-wise. We also ordered the fish and chips as our main course and it was also cold after waiting 45 mins. Do not recommend this place at all. Supposed to be Spring Break 2022 and I'm stressed out. Neither the Manager or the Bartender apologized. Complate lack of professionalism and customer service.
Great location to sit and have a few drinks. Although the food is hit or miss. Been here twice. The first time the food was good (what you expect for this venue style) came back bc the fried pickle were amazing. However the food was disgusting last weekend. Even the drinks were hit or miss. They clean forgot to put alcohol in the one frozen drink (it's a floater, so pretty obvious). I just hope they hire a new cook who takes pride in there menu.

First time here to the Conroe location. I was expecting the same great taste as other locations we’ve visited in the past, but there was no comparison. For the quality (tasted like frozen) shrimp, the food was overpriced.
The food was terrible, the hamburger and the bacon on the burger, had no taste whatsoever , McDonald's burger has flavor at least. The staff does not know the specials on the Website.They tried to double charge us for the $25.00 special. Not recommended.
