It was terrible!! My first time trying jack in the box & my experience was awful. I asked them for cheese sauce for my tacos & that’s the photo I posted ( the rest of the cheese is in the brown bag they just threw it in ) on top of that I had to pay for food that I did not enjoy & did not receive. I told them NO mustard & it’s almost like I got EXTRA mustard of my burger & I didn’t receive my churros. After telling them I didn’t receive my churros he literally was hiding on the side of the window waiting for us to leave like we didn’t just tell them we didn’t get what we asked for after showing them the receipt. I wouldn’t even want to ask for my money back because it’s not worth listening to his disgusting attitude. Who ever was handling my order clearly shouldn’t have a job at ALL.
Location is so sad. Constantly get the wrong order. Dont specialize our food knowing it will be wrong yet they still forget cheese on the tacos and soaked in grease every single time.Not to mention food items paid for and not received. How disappointing. Another place we will refuse to go to in the future.Wish people had more pride in their jobs

This place is horrible making the orders, and with customer service. I set up an order on Uber eats, total was $53.95 plus $8.23 tip for Uber driver. They only sent me half of my order. I called them so much to let them answer, once the guy answers the phone I was telling him the reason of my call and he hung up on me. I tried many more times and nobody would answered my call. They didn't put napkins, utensils, sauces, nothing. Worst service ever. I am so disappointed.
Me and my homeboys love this place for the hottie with the disability. Everytime we come through we are greeted with kindness and she always smell good too. If i knew jack in the box hired girls like that idda applied Longg ago
Sat in line for 35 minutes and never moved up. Had 3 cars ahead of us. I actually called inside and was told they only had 2 employees working in the whole store and that they were both new. I ended up having the person behind me back up so I could leave.
They need to make sure their tacos have MORE meat in them. No one wants to bite into a taco that has the equivalent of a toothpick amount of meat.
I go to this location to see the geese that hangout in the parking lot and drive-thru. They just had babies! Apart from them, this location always gets my order right, even when I order a diet, cherry ginger ale, which most locations mess-up. Plus, the staff is super friendly.
Absolutely the worst service. As I went in I was never greeted or acknowledged. I stood at the counter 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me.. 5 other customers came in behind me still no one taking front counter orders.I placed my order and the order was taken incorrectly. After every customers order was taken I reapproached the front counter asking about my incorrect order. Paid againEvery customer that came in behind me got their orders and left before me even though I was the first. From beginning to end I was there 30 minutes waiting for a to go order.AND STILL DIDNT GET MY ORDER RIGHT.They had one team member just come on the clock I only saw managers behind the counter. Do they not teach manager's hospitality? Or is drive thru more important?To take the cake when I go to the website to submit feedback I get errors. What kind of Garbage is this?
