I’m leaving this review because their delivery driver with 2 stickers of 2 dogs named Harley and Carly on their back window is driving at least 70 on the 105, cutting people off, and swerving through traffic.30 minutes or less delivery time isn’t worth the danger you’re putting everyone else in.
Great place to order, food is always correct and good.Only downside was the waiting for the delivery driver, the GPS and messaging system is usually wrong and Ill be waiting 10 minutes more when it says the driver is pulling up.And sometimes the drivers arent able to locate my place.Otherwise the situation gets solved in the end.Recommend this place 4/5 Stars
This place was awful! I’ve never been to dominoes before so I made my order there. It was taken by a man who had NO IDEA how to use the computer. I asked for one of their specials that was on the paper in front of us, he acted like he had no idea those existed. So my cali chicken bacon ranch pizza was just chicken and bacon. Also, they had 3 different phones ringing and no one would answer them, I actually had a headache when I left. Everyone’s vibe was just depressing, it made me very uncomfortable. Now when I went to get my pizza he proceeded to tell me he had to remake my pizza because “they messed it up”, THEN told me they don’t have my order altogether, my name was on the board saying my order was ready!! Long story short it ruined my experience and I’ll never go again. At least the pizza is ok??
I order from the Lake Conroe location all the time. Service is great; food is great, but I have one request. I like a little more sauce on my pasta dishes than the way they're made and there's not an option on-line to request additional sauce. I'd give you 5 stars if you would let me add more sauce to my pasta.
Order was ready fast and on time, my only wish is affordable delivery so I wouldn't have had to go pick it up. I disagree with the delivery fee which doesn't go to the drivers.
Ordered on line and showed up early. The store rushed to get my food ready for me so I would not have to wait so long. The pizza was hot and tasted good.Edit- There was a small mistake with my order that customer service promptly corrected. Changing my 4 star review to 5 stars because management cared enough to make sure i was 100% satisfied. I will be going back, often, I am sure, as it is the closest one to my house.
Ordered Pizza. It was undercooked, cinnamon bread knots were overcooked like a rock(tasted horrible as well). The cardboard box was thicker than my thin crust pizza, cheese on it was almost thin enough to identify itself as paper. Just horrible quality overall. Do not recommend.
Look...I know I ordered the pizza 10 mins to close for delivery.But this pizza tastes like it was made as if I ordered it 10 mins before closing for delivery.Undercooked, low ingredients.Sorry to burden you, but I still paid full price for this.
Pretty good pizza. Don't know why pizza chains are so expensive these days. Better go pick it up unless you want to spend ridiculous money. I know the individual location makes good pizza, so there's that. But man corporate domino's (and other pizza chains) are charging way to much.
Ann pleasantly greeted us and inquired about our evening. While we placed our order she went above and beyond to accommodate our budget and made sure to do it all with a smile and warm heart. The pizza came out perfect and also fast, this was a very nice visit because of the superb customer service from Ann and her team. Thank you everyone!
