The Montgomery location is Friendly and Amazing.
Employees should really pay attention to detail at this establishment. Two times I have ordered to go food and they have left out the extra side of Baja sauce I always request. I am also charged for this sauce every time but it never makes it to my house. This picture was what was delivered to my house today and it had hardly any sauce on it at all..mainly sour cream. And of course I didn’t get the extra side of Baja sauce I’m charged for. I’m done giving this place chances.
My wife and I come here at least once a week. Fast food that is healthy. Grass-fed beef. Nice staff. We love Betty.
Went in for lunch this after. The staff was friendly. They needed someone to cook what I had ordered. After listening to the interaction between the employees I figured out that the person that needed to cook my order was on a smoke break. Then when she did come in, her abrasive interaction with the younger employees was less than attractive. Her name was Betty. The energy in the restaurant would have been more attractive if she had not been there.
Came in today and got a burrito and some Chronic fries. It wasn’t just the explanations of the ingredients, the smiles, but it was the fact that each of the employees worked well with each other. Sometimes a good crew makes a bit of a difference to the customers. Each and employee checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed and Ms. Betty is the light of the store. I’ll be coming back just to have her brighten my day! The lady cares about her job, and makes sure she takes care of you. I won’t say stop in to just get some food, make you to stop in to see a bit of the “family” (work family) and become a part of it. Food was delicious, it was quick and to me the items were larger than Chipotle. Thanks Chronic Tacos, I’ll be back!!
I went in there this week and ordered...Miss Betty was professional and so so funny I just love her . The whole environment was fantastic it was welcoming and the food was delicious.I will be back again and again bringing my family and friends.. not just to eat the good food but to meet Miss Betty for some good laughs and fun!!!!
Amazing fresh food. The staff is always friendly. Ethan and Betty are always making sure you get the best the menu has to offer. The carnitas and al pastor are fantastic. The guacamole is a great side. They have a two taco plate with sides, can't go wrong. They have burritos, plates and hard shell tacos. Give them a try, the food is fantastic.
My Wife and I come in to this store all the time, great food and great people! Never a dull moment! Betty is our favorite!!
Worst food ever. Cold and ugly.No flavor. NO ICE, NO NAPKINS , EVERY SINGLE TABLE DIRTY ! FOOD IS JUST NOT GOOD. None of us ate much of our food. Just threw it away. Never going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !
Food was really great..... The tortillas though tasted like I was eating a tire!
