came through drive through today around 2:20ish and the drive through lady was taking forever to take my order, I couldn’t see her full name tag but the first 2 letters were Lu, I had to repeat myself about 4 times and she didn’t seem to understand anything I was saying, my husband had been there earlier as well and asked for a cup of ice and she could not understand that as well, he repeated him self at the window while she took his money and she still couldn’t get it. Definitely need better staff
I stood at the counter for ten minutes and nobody noticed me. They are understaffed and overwhelmed with online and drive-thru to take care of the lobby.

Went in drive thru a few weeks ago and again today. They got my order wrong both times now and of course I am back way down the road so I can not go back.
always something wrong everytime I visit a burger King. this time this was no dr pepper. this is Texas, Dr pepper is essential. I even ask for it at the counter and the clerk failed to mention there was no Dr pepper available.
Second time I didn't get the right receipt with ID transaction that I need for rewards idk if they are keeping it for now use
Worse Burger King on this side of the county. Milk shake machine never works, food comes out burnt, and the worse part is the lies… I’d rather eat raccoon rare from the side of the road.
Came to get a quick meal Togo. cashier got my order Wrong twice. Then when took a bite of my burger the burgers patty was burnt, and not a little burnt mind you the patty was black. So I called to let them know what happened. I let them know that I don't have time to bring my burger back for a refund, but that I took a picture of the burger and i have my receipt could I come in later to get a refund. They told me no, that I have to hold on to this burnt gross burger if I wanted my refund and that was all they could do.
