Yesterday tried to order some thighs call on, got put on hold. Was headed there anyway stay on hold , drove there got there to the door , 2 young ladies at register talking to another worker outside counter while I'm on hold! Hung phone up came to place order didn't have any more thighs, wasted time and gas when she could have told me over phone!
Super horrible never answers the phone when they're supposed to always take the phones off the hook for no reason. It could be 8:25pm r 9:25 pm the phones is always off the hook for no reason I hate this location.
3 of 6 times they forgot something in my order. Then when I go back to get only 30% off of my next order, they can't seem to find it on the book. But my kids LOOOVE wings so I order again anyways. ? This time, it was a to go full of grease. As expected.
How come you can only order all flats online but not over the phone? These owners to these stores need to check in and make sure their customers are being able to get what they are trying to order. Long wait times and if you go inside nothing but youngsters playing around making you wait longer.
The wings are always good, however sometimes they are a bit weak on the seasoning for the fries. I miss the old crew they used to have.

They suuuuuuuuuuuuck! Did an online order at 740pm. Get there at 830pm and they still talking about itll be another 15 min. Same thing with doordash orders. Trash.
Today was my worst experience ever! I will never be back the customer service was trash pure TRASH!
