I've heard so many people rave about Whataburger, so we had to try it. It was fine, nothing great. The burger was good but the strawberry shake wasn't very good. My husband liked it more than I did.
I used the app and my order was short the extra chicken strip I ordered. I was given a large malt when I ordered a medium. Oh well I guess it evened out. This location …University @ Hwy 6 needs a new card reader in the drive thru line. They have to swipe my card too many times to get it to work. And I checked it’s not the workers trying to steal from my account.
It's a much cleaner and better service whataburger. Nights you have to be careful and check your order as sometimes when it's busy they mess up.
one day me and my sister are here and when she bit into this burger she found a USED paper towel. please check your burgers everytime you go here because this has happened more than once.

Great location off of Hwy 6 in front of a huge HEB anchored strip center. The food is delicious and comes out hot and fast, made to order. Whataburgers, Chicken Strips, Shakes and more, some of the best fast food comfort foods in Texas. Love the hot lemon pies too! Enjoy and Bon Appetit! ???
The drive-thru always has a long line at this location, so I went inside. I was greeted and helped, and received my order in a reasonable amount of time. However, when I got ready to leave, I had to wait a few minutes because I was blocked in by people waiting in the drive-thru line. Also, I ordered and paid for a large fry and they gave me a medium. ?
Burgers were awful, very dried bun and the meat had no flavors. Their fries were very thin, probably the worst among burger joins.Never go back!
My husband an I got burgers for lunch Saturday 4/23/22 around noon to go. When we got home and opened them, it looked like the buns were stepped on they were flat like pancakes. Very disappointed since it was Whataburger.
Why build a double drive thru if you can't support it. Both lanes were full, but the food wasn't coming out in order so certain cars got their stuff but couldn't pull out of the line. Every fast food place should take advice from Chic fil a. The food order finally came and it was actually correct, minus the picante sauce. So we pull around to the front and i go in. There are no customers at the counter, but there were three employee's standing around. one of the guys asked if he could help me and i told him no but he could go help the drive thru. This day and age it just cannot be this complicated.
