Salads, burgers, biscuits and gravy milk shakes
The worst location. Nothing but kids who don’t care to learn the value of what customer service is. No manager around, everyone standing around talking, giving out cold soggy orders and the wait is long. Oh, don’t let the young boy make a shake for you cause if you choose a flavor you’re still going to end up with vanilla. Everyone is there to socialize and collect a check and that’s just it. No matter what profession you end up in you’ll always have to have the value of customer service skills . It will carry you a long way.
I was expecting a great burger experience but was underwhelmed. The burger was fresh but not the best burger I've ever had. I didn't really like the taste of the meat. On the otherhand, I know plenty of people who enjoy the burgers here!
A big chunk of plastic was at the bottom of my Apple & Cranberry Chicken Salad! Always ask for your receipt because the manager likes to play dumb and one of the employees hung up in my face!
Born and raised in Texas, Whataburger was always like home. #1 with cheese all the way was my jam, but on my last visit.....Service was great, didn't mind the wait as always, but the taste was different. Since selling the chain it seems what drew me to think they had the best burger has changed.It's not the same flavor profile I have come to know.Sad but true.
The manager Susan is incredible. Love how she holds her staff accountable to make sure that they Service the best and deliver the best quality food. I recommend everyone to go to this Whataburger. It's located off hwy 6 by Seinna Plantations subdivision
Do not order the breakfast taquitos! Every ingredient is of the lowest quality imaginable. The cheese has a plastic-like consistency and tastes past due. The hash browns are so completely dominated by fat and grease that there is no taste or scent of potato at all. If you enjoy waiting ten minutes in a drive-thru with only three cars for inedible "food", this Whataburger location is for you (and no one else)!
Check your order before you leave. I bit into the burger when I got home and realized they didn't add the mustard. The meat didn't taste or look all that fresh either. My fries were slightly warm but tolerable.
Whataburger is like a burger meets McDonald's. The burger reminded me of BK but with seedless buns and the fries reminded me of McDonald's. I like both those places so it was a pleasant first experience! I'm just sad they didn't have oreo shakes on the menu
The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is great! I prefer it to the fried one. The sauce is very tasty. Very friendly staff always serving with a smile.
