Service can be hit or miss, but when it's a miss its a total miss. We often got take out from here and time it such that the order is ready by the time I go to pick up.Few weeks ago they were running a promo for free smoothies and unfortunately the people coming in for free smoothies were far more important than those of us who paid for their food and smoothies. It took over 30 minutes and prodding from me to get my food after I arrived. We had ordered food and smoothie combos and while the food and 2 of 3 smoothies were done, the last never got made. All of the people coming in for free smoothies got theirs right away though. By the time I got my last smoothie, the other 2 were melted and the food was cold.I don't know if I have the patience to visit again. I would rather take my business somewhere that would value it.
They literally fire they’re employees off of emotion and they’re stores aren’t as clean as y’all think one time I was sitting behind where they make the food and I heard somebody say “their about to get a little DNA inside their food and one of the employees walked out of the restroom and we both looked in shock he had more decency than that guy obviously
Wife had me stop by to get her a smoothie. They don't have the "hurricane" anymore i guess so i asked for the closest thing. Got home and my wife said yah that doesn't taste anything like the hurricane lol... Service was ok, the drive thru operator was very distracted but the order was correct. They do have very fresh food on offer, made to order.
everyone I know hyped this place up so I eventually tried it ! Yesterday I order a baja chicken wrap I added bacon and buffalo sauce. I will never eat at any of these establishments again ! I literally threw my food up not even a hour before eating it , and couldn’t stop throwing up. i’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. i’m literally scared to eat anything
3rd time coming & it’s good every time! I ordered the jerk chicken wrap. It had enough spice & was very filling. When you order a sandwich/wrap or salad with any smoothie you save a few dollars & you also get a choice of side. I ordered the chia banana boost w/ peanut butter smoothie. The smoothie alone could be a meal. Customer service is always great too.
The employee Erin/Aaron has a terrible attitude. She should not be taking orders with such poor customer service. People like her ruin good businesses.

Great variety of lunch options - smoothies, flatbreads, salads, wraps and sandwiches.
A little over priced but I make sure to download the app to get points and potential rewards. They need to bring back the add smoothie to entree for 3.99Love the Flatbread chicken pesto.
