My server Audrey was really nice, informative and have great recommendations for different menu items and beverages. However, the restaurant manager Carol was not attentive and very dismissive. I waved to get her attention and she continued to laugh and engage in conversation with another guest while ALL the other servers were busy. I would not go back and patronize this establishment. At the end of my experience, I give my server Audrey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And the manager ??????????
We used to love eating at Top Sushi. They would allow us to bring food for our kids and then we could enjoy a good meal and drinks. The manager always allowed us to do so and we appreciated it. They have since changed their policy and so now we’re going to other places to be allowed this flexibility. Just sucks because they lost our business when it’s usually not ever crowded
6/19/2022. Paige and Anthony were very nice and so was the manager (didn't catch his name). There was a roach in my spicy miso soup. Very unfortunate, but I will still give 3 stars because my drinks were good and they completely took care of the bill because of the bug in my food. I am willing to give this place another chance in the future. Just keep the kitchen clean.
The hand rolls were good. Would not rec mama mia. There was something in my water like cumin. Me and my friend got food in different plates which was prty weird. The interior is beautiful tho. Great and looks clean. Just the food was meh. Also i got mild food poisoning the day after. Not sure if it was this or something else i ate so i won’t rate too low.
First timer at this location & I am now a regular! Great drink, food & happy hour prices! The bartender Dia was an absolute joy to be serviced by. She made my husband and I enjoy our experience much more than we expected. I would highly recommend this location :)
It took a total of almost 2 hours to receive 1 sushi roll. We had to remind the waiter 3 times. Yes, 3 times, what we ordered. Terrible experience. Although the food was good
I really wish I could rate the place 0/5. The waiters here give attitude and are bad at customer service, the managers are rude and I could hear employees swearing from time to time, and overall the place was just unprofessional. When I came in there were dirty tables and floors, I was seated next to a dirty table as well. My server, Audrey was kind of rude when I asked some questions about the menu and almost seemed to rush me to order something. The menu is difficult to read and understand and not only that the food is not worth the money at all, I mean most of the rolls are over $10 and dont taste great. Overall unprofessional business, bad employees, bad managers, and overpriced food. I’m never coming back again the place is just UNACCEPTABLE.
Food was amazing! Service was fantastic! Definitely will be back soon for their happy hour it is out of this world! Not to mention it very dog friendly!
Always great service & food when we come! Audrey was our waitress & was helpful with recommendations & very attentive. Carol (the manager) was very nice , checked in to see how our service was and was hands on with tables and helping staff.
I ordered more food than this but I was not blown away by any means. Crab puffs, nigiri were fine but...
