Please don't go to this location. It is currently drive thru only and the wait in the line is atrocious. I literally sat in line for an hour and 10 minutes! My order was right and the food was properly prepared, but due to the wait time and slowness of the establishment this is why I gave only 1 star. I'm not sure why the dining room is closed but they need more staff of hand for speedier service or they won't last long.
The WORST Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. Sadly it’s the only one near my house. Tonight, I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with about 7 cars behind to just be told they were closing early because they ran out chicken, beef and steak. When I asked why they couldn’t come out and tell the people waiting in the line the young immature employee just laughed. I said I hope you come outside and tell the people in line behind me that you all are closed. He said and I quote “oh I will when they pull up to the mic” This location has the worst staff and it’s been like this for a year now. They either need to shut it down or they need new ownership/management. The food is always hit or miss and they always close early or the dine in is always closed.
This Taco Bell has the worst service ever I'm not understanding why they never have the inside open it's always the drive-through and having excuse when it comes to the door's being locked. The staff is unprofessional and they take forever with your orders in the drive-through which is supposed to be the fastest way to get your food. I really wish there was a way to shut this Taco Bell down or get new owners/managers over it
Such an awful location. I love taco bell but there’s no reason for it to take 10 minutes per car like they do here. And even when you do get your food, its warm garbage. With the amount of time it takes you guys to make a taco I expect some halfway decent food. It’s worth the drive down to the Taco Bell in Missouri city because this place is just basura. Shut it down.
Customer service was great! Young lady who took my order was very professional, restaurant did have staffing issues, drive thru only at about 7pm on a Friday night.Nachos Bell grande is not "grande" any more,Combo only comes with one tacos now.And those hard taco shells were horrible.Just make tacos at home, can't eat Customer service ?
Very concerned about the crunchy shells they're selling today. My husband, daughter, and I each took one bite and spit it out. The taste is so pungent and the smell is way off! Something is wrong! Restaurant doesn't answer their phones. Had to throw away 4 crunchy tacos. If your taco was the same, make it known. Write a review and contact Taco Bell as I did. I am concerned and will never order a taco from this location again! I won't be surprised if I'm averted from taco bell for life. It was soooo bad!
I sat at the order intercom for about 5 or minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande. I made it home only to find that the chips were stale.?
I like the taco box for game day. Always fresh and hot. Customer service at this location is great.
These people are so trifling. They burn my burritos to a crisp. I waisted 10 dollars! And they make other burritos so sloppy I was turned off from eating them. Drive on by, don't stop here
