If I were the franchise owner, I'd be very concerned about my investment. Today (3/3) is the second time I've come in in the past couple of weeks and the two older, larger workers have come in from the back obviously as high as a kite. Last time I left right away, this time I was hungry enough to stay. The other two younger boys made an effort but were pretty much overruled (and somewhat looked intimidated) when the larger boys returned from outside.... The bread was doughy, undercooked, and cold, and the meat in the sandwich was cold as well. Completely inedible. I won't be back and my neighborhood friends have teased me about even trying the store again. The two boys constantly getting high and providing awful service are becoming a well known thing amongst people I know. It's truly pathetic. Apologies to the owners but you need to know.#zerostartswasntanoption
Not sure if it was just a bad evening but my Italian bread was literally as hard and crunchy as a shortbread cookie today.
I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but something was wrong with the soda fountain machine tonight (2/14/22) - the sprite nozzle barely worked and whatever came out of it was NOT sprite, completely un-carbonated and extremely sweet, like it had too much flavoring syrup in it or something.

The manager had very good attitude, best customer service I've ever received in any subway I've been to.
Even though they were out of soup. They took care of my orders and was very friendly and prompt.
