I was there today May 5, 2022 we waited for service to take our order yet no one was in line but they didn’t come to us right away. Some one had to tell another worker someone is in line. So order was taken and I waited I noticed that their trash bin was full and that there were no more space if somebody was going to throw trash away. Then their tables and floor was really dirty and not wiped down I was surprised to see this especially being a Starbucks the other locations I have gone to is usually clean this particular place was not put together at all someone at the higher management should over see this I know for sure I will not be coming back to this location at all. Not only that they are bad customers service but also so filthy really disappointed
It's a Starbucks with a twist... The twist is unfriendly service and THE WORST PARKING LIT/DRIVE THRU in the history of mankind... I drive 10 mins out my way to go to the Riverstone Starbucks just to avoid this oneIt took me 12 mins to get into the parking lot today to pick up my to go order.
A warm and magical place. The baristas here are very friendly and respectful. The drinks were being made with care, I guarantee.
Love the Starbucks location. It's like 5 minutes from my house. Always have the stuff I love in stock: Jade Citrus Mint with steamed lemonade & peppermint syrup, pumpkin loaf, chocolate croissant, and spinach feta wrap. The team is super quick! Excellent and fast service. I come here to study and attend work meetings because of the free wifi (great quality, not laggy). Drive thru is long but it moves quickly; if you hate waiting or have no patience, by all means come inside and meet the staff. They're great and will accommodate you if you haven't gotten your drink yet. Please be mindful that they are working quickly to get your order out to you. We all need to work together as a community during these harsh COVID times.
The staff were friendly and the outside line moved fast. The center of my food was cold but my drink was perfect.
My husband and I usually get frappuccinos but that day we decided to try a hot coffee. I asked for a recommendation for us since we wanted something that wasn't too strong. All I got was we don't have anything like that and she didn't know and was rude about it. All I wanted was like options like offer something something others usually get a lot with maybe caramel etc... like no type of good customer service.
Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where I go. I order the same thing Mocha Frappuccino cookie crumble and roasted red pepper egg bite. I enjoy my order every single time, especially on my birthday when I can get a free drink..
You will not wait less than 30-40 minutes in the drive through. And after you get your drink it won’t be the correct taste. This is the third and final time I have visited this place. The first time I thought they just didn’t have the staff since covid happened. The second time I thought it was a fluke. Third times a charm for this dummy to realized this location SUCKS! SAVE YOUR MONEY. DONT GO HERE. There is another coffee shop down the street that is better. Summer moon wood fired coffee. Go there.
Great fast service, but y’all be making the drinks boiling hot I have to let it sit for 20 minutes before enjoying my coffee.
