I have received the wrong drink several times and other times I ask for ALMOND milk in my coffee and I receive cow milk instead. It used to be one of my favorite places to go for a quick coffee mostly because it was the most convenient, it is no longer convenient or good.
Never been to Starbucks before but I hear ppl talk about it so much thought it'd be something special so my sister took me and let me say...nope, thought I would be getting that chick fil a type of service...nope, cashier acts like your bothering him when waiting for our receipt I was asked can I help you with anything else with an attitude our response waiting for my receipt .. wow and then they sit drinks on the counter and call no name or anything...ok and drive thru takes priority over customers inside? I don't recommend this location maybe another Starbucks will be better
Love the young lady Nora who takes my order very polite and respectful knows how to talk to costumer's recommend going when she's theres
I love going to this location. The staff is so kind and professional. They really make you feel valued and appreciated.
I ASKED FOR AN EMPERORS CLOUD TEA HOT WITH HONEY!!!! THATS IT THATS ALL . CAN WE SAY NOOO HONEY WAS ADDED . IM SO PISSED BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER, HIGHLY PISSED AND AGRAVATED WAY TO END MY YEAR!!!!!!!!. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER
Great place to study. It was quiet and not crowded. I did notice the line outside moves pretty fast so that's a plus for people ordering coffee/tea or breakfast. Also the outside setup is nice
Bad customer service. Using long line as an excuse for bad manner. Ordered 1 drink (see photo - not even my name) but had to waited a long time because cashier put on the wrong label then blamed because they're busy. The drink wasn't good too. Wouldn't recommend this location since there's another one 5-6 mins away.
One can NEVER have anything bad to say at Starbucks. We LOVE their peppermint hot chocolate ❤. And service is ALWAYS great.
Everytime I come to this location I'm taking a gamble on whether my drink is made right. I only drink White Chocolate Mochas from Starbucks so it's pretty easy to tell when they skimp on a pump of syrup or don't include the whip cream. Now with the price increase, I will no longer be going to any Starbucks.
Great customer service,! The new iced sugar cookie almond milk latte is amazing!! I highly recommend it!!
