Staff is always nice but the music is so loud you cant even think or hear yourself talking. I used to come here often but the music is so loud like whoever put it on is deff and has to feel the vibrations loud. The drinks usually taste watery
Always a good place to get items quickly...wish Starbucks still sold the ginger loaf...it was so good!

This Starbucks menu board has not been lit up for at least the past 2 weeks since I've visited. How are customers suppose to view the menu items available if they won't repair their menu board?
This starbucks is friendly and quick. The guy at the drive through window (most mornings) Ryan is a gem. Super nice, remembers my order and asks me how my day is going. I see he's managing multiple things at once and with ease. Still making time to provide great service. I'm always in and out super quick regardless of how long the line is. Thanks Ryan for being amazing!
If you value the time that you have on Earth, don’t waste a minute of it at the Starbucks on Highway 6 and University. A visit there could be compared to an experience at the DMV.After giving me half of my mobile order, I notified the associates of the items that were missing. They looked at me as if I was speaking an ancient foreign dialect not heard on this side of the hemisphere for many generations, then proceeded to ignore me and go back to mixing caffeinated concoctions in an incorrect manner. I asked three of the Baristas if they could get my coffee I ordered, again, only to be repeatedly ignored. At this moment I had to realize the possibility that I was in fact a functioning ghost, having an epiphany similar to Bruce Willis at the end of ‘The Sixth Sense’. I finally was approached by one Barista, and after removing sanctions, a letter to Congress, and tough negotiations, I was finally handed my coffee.
I do not like paper straws, this is an insult. Your company makes too much money to be giving the customers paper straws for their drinks. Please bring back the Real straws.
