If I wanted to be told "we don't have any ice cream." I would of went to McDonald's.. Sonic has gotten ridiculous lately. I should have to go to multiple Sonics to order. Either one is closed an hour early, and the other doesn't have ice cream or they are understaffed and it's taking 20+ minutes for drive thru. Get it together Sonic! You've lost my business for a while, until you do better.
I have been going to this location for years. Most recently the service has gone down hill. Today I was charge almost 8.00 for a kids meal with onion rings as a substitute. They charged me 1.60 for a kids drink that typically comes with the meal. When I brought it to the attention of the worker, I was told that they always charge for the drink. Needless to say, I’m done with this location.
Tater tots are to be served hot, not old, cold and hard as rocks. Seems normal expectations are no longer considered a standard. 3 times this has happen. Don't want anything courtesy, just want what I pay for.
Went to Sonic last night. Ordered small popcorn chicken, which was delicious and hot, ordered a large Reses Blast which was great, and I ordered a medium Mozzarella sticks and they were still refrigerator cold in the middle. As I was waiting for my blast I took a bite of the Mozzarella sticks and discovered they were cold. I informed the young lady as she gave me my blast she apologized and went and told a gentleman who appeared to be the expo. Here is where things got terrible. The gentleman came to the drive thru window and here is our interaction.He said " sir can you explain to me how your mozzarella sticks are cold.?I said I dont know would you like to feel them? He said yes so I let him feel the cold stick. He said " those aren't ice cold If you wanted them cooked more you should have ordered them crispy." I said I just want some hot mozzarella sticks, he refused to make me any more. So I said thats fine then just give me my money back. He said no you already bit them. I said you can have them back. Then he said ok well give me the blast back and ill give you your money back. I said I dont want my money back for the blast just the mozarella sticks. Then he said they are cooked fresh to order there's no way the are cold explain to me how they can be cold. I said well in sure they are cooked from frozen. Either your did not cook them the full time, your fryer oil wasnt at temp or they were stacked together. He said there is no way we used the time for 2 minutes and 30 seconds they are not cold. Then he let me sit there for 10 minutes while the rest of the drive thru backed up. FInally he came back to the window with my change he called me ice cold and said I bet you eat them anyways. . At this point I offered the cold sticks back and he said naw just leave. Never seen anything like this. Insane.
Buying food at Sonic is a mistake. Sonic cannot manage to make even one single decent dish. Tater tots included, the only edible food they serve at Sonic is the candy blended into the drinks. Buy drinks at Sonic, not food.
Good burgers but very stingy with the bacon and extra onions. Limited flavors of fountain drinks, only orange.
Best sonic I have eaten at in YEARS! The cashier was quick with the order and got everything right! The car hopper Breanna was extremely sweet and nice! And to top it off the food was actually HOT! Perfect will be back if I’m in the area! ?
Placed a mobile order for 2 drinks and 2 ice creams, checked-in, waited 15 minutes, and then had to go knock on the window to get my order that they just had sitting on a counter after they said nobody placed an order. The drinks weren't even made right. If y'all don't like your job, then quit. But don't make customers suffer. No wonder why their parking lot was empty. Visited Sunday 10/10/21 at 8:40pm.
Generally I thought the food here was not that good compared to other restaurants but at the same time the thing I do like about this restaurant is at the food is it delivered very quickly and that the staff is very friendly when taking your order so I would recommend it if you happen to be in the area
Tried the New grilled cheese burger, awesome! Hadn't had a burger in months and this was perfect for reintroducing
