Well I’ve never had a bad experience at any smoothie king but this location is my favorite. Always friendly,smiling faces and fast service.
I’ve been three times.First time, decent smoothie and friendly service.Second time, messed up my order completely but I felt it wasn’t a big deal and drank it anyway. Ended up being a Mediocre smoothie.Third time, it’s like the employee wasn’t even listening. I had to repeat the order three times. While they were making it, I looked over every few minutes and it was a struggle. It felt so cringe to watch. It was such a sloppy process with the overly clumpy smoothie spilling down the sides of the cup. But again I decided to give it a chance. It was disgusting, tasteless and impossible to actually drink. It looked more like a Coke Icee than a smoothie.I truly hope they do well as a business but they must improve.

Absolutely horrible service the cleanliness is in question and I’m utterly offended. So I order online curbside delivery I sitting in the car looking at the store there’s no one in line there’s no one there three are people working I watched them make my drinks so I called and told him where I was located because I had to curbside delivery for personal asset the phone says we’re busy we have 15 shakes to make and we can’t come bring it to you and I am holding up the line while I’m on the phone with you. I am literally sitting there looking at him on the phone telling me this with no customers then I go to pick up my order everyone in their dirty not washing your hands just a terrible experience and I will never come to the store again.
Worst place ever!!! Service is horrible - never enough staff - NEVER!!! Today I was told that it would be 30 minutes before I could get the smoothie I wanted. So sad!
I ordered Watermelon Xtreme on August 25 it was very tasty but little did I know I would be fighting food poisoning for the next 3+days. Never experienced something for painful and exhausting. I’m certain there must be guidelines to prevent these kind of things…I can only hope nobody else was affected. I’m done with smoothie king. I will prepare my own from now on.
Willie, the owner, was fantastic and was adamant on serving sizes and proportions for each of the smoothies. Some of the other workers should take notes on his professionalism.
I hate coming to this smoothie king. This location is closest to my house but I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the smoothie king on highway 6. They seem to always forget to make my order and I’m sitting there waiting as multiple people are just standing around. I even ordered ahead through the app and came 5 minutes after they said my smoothie was “ready” and they had not made it so I had to wait even longer. Ridiculous. Only giving one start bc I love the smoothies
