We have tried this location a few times and every time it's a reminder of why we don't go there.The customer service is bad no matter time or day. Clearly it's a management issue if your employees don't know how to communicate with customers.The drinks are way too watery and NEVER taste right. It's like they don't get measurements right or rush the drinks. As if a 5yr old made them.Our go to location is the one located in Sienna by Academy. ALWAYS delicious.
Every time I go to this one they don't ask if you want a foam or plastic cup. I always get the angel food smoothie. They never ask if I want sweet or unsweetened strawberries and when I ask for unsweetened strawberries they don't use them. Every time. There's no customer service. They take your money and give you the drink. That's it. Very cold experience. Done going to this location. I spend almost $9 on smoothie and it's not what I ordered.?
Worst smoothie king Iv been to out of all the years Iv been going. Repeated my order twice, then I got to the window and they were about to give me the wrong order. They made my smoothie extremely runny the first time so I went back in. They made me another and it was worse. Like gosh dang water. I gave up and left. Very unprofessional also. The guy that helped me was mumbling and slinging stuff every where like he hated his job. Worst service Iv experienced at smoothie king.
2nd time coming here and have had no issues.People trippin over a smoothie like bro if it’s that deep go buy ingredients to make your own.
I love Smoothie King …but this particular location need to train their young workers on professionalism. Certain workers do not greet customers before taking orders nor wrap up sale well. My biggest concern is that one of the male workers there wasn’t properly groomed for work … he wore a filthy extra small, short shirt that stopped at his navel… sagged pants below his bottom…so all you saw were his dirty underwear. His hair was hanging all over the place not pulled back and uncovered. And to add he had low energy (moved slow). My family and I pulled off from drive-thru instead of allowing him to make our smoothies. I’m sorry the whole situation was just overwhelming for me… I didn’t want to spend a dime there this evening.
Went to this location last night after a workout. Was looking for something good for post workout and Johanna and Driaa helped me out to the fullest! I appreciate them so much! Thank you ladies! Y’all the GOAT ??❤️
The worst service EVER! They messed up my order 3 times! I repeated my order over and over and they still messed it up. They told me to pull and they would bring it out. Had I not gone in I would have never gotten it. Their entire staff was lost and confused. They were just walking in circles.Update my husband did the HUGE MISTAKE to go back and he waited in line to pull up to the window THEY DIDNT EVEN TAKE HIS ORDER!!!!!
Awesome spot, they were busy in store & in drive thru and still took the time to tell me allThe options with caffeine in them! Yes I needed it today and you can actually add to most anything, my personal fav is the banana boat, thank y’all so much!!!
Horrible service. Went through drive through was told to park and wait. The wait was over 20 minutes and the smoothie I ordered was made incorrectly. Went inside and had to get it remade
