Really great place! The people that work there are super friendly and helpful when you ask questions or for recommendations. Their drinks are great!! Glad to have a place close by that has good boba drinks!

Customer service is okay I guess. Mango milk tea I ordered didn’t taste anything like mango. Keep running out of tapioca before I got to the end of my drink. Give us more tapioca ! Don’t be stingy ! Snacks are yummy though.
Simply Delicious!! I always get the Island Green Smoothie which is absolutely delicious. The guy there is always super nice.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. The first time I came here , I got my daughter a smoothie and after a few sips, she picked something out of her mouth--it was like a plastic cap of some sort. I called Rayly to let them know and the guy said "Oh! Haha It's the cap to one of the juices that we use. I was wondering where it went! Haha!". Never apologized and just proceeded to think it was funny. My daughter could've choked badly on that and you don't apologize? She was 3 years old!!! Vowed to never come back. Fast forward a few years later, and we go to try it out. Maaaybe they have their stuff together after a few years. NOPE. I clearly say my order to the lady and they still got my order wrong. Never again. If yall want overpriced, sugary drinks, and not get the order you wanted, by all means, get your tapioca drink with a side of trash from Rayly!

It’s not a bad place, but it wouldn’t be my first choice for boba. But it was a simple type of sweet and I enjoyed it. It reminds me of the good ol’ days when boba was more of a drink and less of a dessert, if you get what I mean, haha! The inside isn’t the most aesthetic or cozy, but there’s seating.
I got a Thai milk tea w/ boba here today. It was delicious! Not too sweet like other places. The boba was really soft and chewy. Employees were also very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this teahouse.
