Amber the General Manager at this location needs praise!!!! She has an amazing staff and she is always willing to help. She serves our Elkins high school community so well and makes her restaurant our second home. Our student athletes love Canes!!!!!!!!!
This was my very first visit to Raising Cane's, which I was prompted by my two young daughters.This restaurant was clean, the employees was professional and polite. While inside, I witnessed multiple employees cleaning and mopping floors. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.I will speak highly about my experiences, and will frequent this location, periodically!
I eat Cane's once almost every week, and it never disappoints. The chicken is delectable, the service is impeccable, and the sauce is ineffable. Unlike their competition, from what I've seen, Cane's gifts unsolicited dog treats if you have a dog in your car. Get your fried chicken here!
Ordered one of their tailgate meals. The chicken was hot and fresh. I just wish they had a bundle instead of having to order the sides (fries and bread) separately.
I went to this location today and witnessed an EXTREMELY rude Hispanic lady (later to be known only as OP) talking to an employee wrecklessly. This is the second time that I’ve been inside of this establishment and both times have been her. The last time she was being rude to a customer. One of the employees, in which I won’t mention his name says she is always acting like that. She seems very short tempered and not the best at being a people person.I would have upper management looking into who is leading their teams and to see why some of these school aged kids/ school aged employees are being talked to by someone who needs some additional personnel training. There is a right way and a wrong way to deal with people. And when management is apart of the problem then it’s a major issue.I wish these parents knew how their children who some of them, this is their first job are being treated. Please look into because this really frustrated me, as I am a parent.
Can’t return to this location. Came here last night around 1035 and ordered the 6 piece combo. Once I got home, I immediately noticed this hair on my food. For reference, I’m African American and my hair is 4b natural and TIGHT curls. This hair was laying on my bread. I was too nervous about what else could be hidden in my food and had to throw it all away and eat oatmeal instead. Very disappointed that even amidst a pandemic and around food, people are not wearing caps when preparing our food.
Unbelievable, ordered a 3 piece and asked to sub the fries for cole slaw, when i got home no fries and no cole slaw.lesson here check your order before driving off even if the line os backed up
Chicken is always consistently cooked well and filling. The cane's sauce is amazing and a must have to put on both fries and chicken. Service is always fast and friendly.
We absolutely loveeee Cane’s.. we’re from FL so whenever we come to TX this is a stop we make often. Everytime we come the tenders are always fresh and the toast omgggggg sooo yummy.
Always a pleasant visit at the drive thru. Get smiley faces and good attitude. The food is always hot and fresh!
