I dont know who working tonight but between that old chicken and that nasty fish sandwich somebody should be fired. If you don't want nobody to serve you food like this don't serve it to other people
Let me be clear. I love this Popeyes location and used to go there all the time. The only reason I gave it a one star rating is because they are still drive through only. I mean it is 2022, enough of this Covid hysteria. I never used drive through before the pandemic and I still refuse to. I always prefer eating fast food fresh inside the location. By the time you take it home it is soft and soggy. Now I have to drive to a further Popeyes just to be able to eat inside the location.
Manager in the drive through is a bit of a b*+ch when you order pick up on the Uber app.
Young man doesn't understand that a 3 wing combo is not the same as the 3 piece combo. Twenty minutes later I got my food. I hate going here because there is always some delay but mom asked for it.
Very poor quality. Walked in looking to place a Togo order and the manager just looked up at me and shouted asking if I was picking up. Said no I wanted to order Togo and she just yelled “drive thru only” no signs on the door saying that or nothing. Then on top of that my nuggets were undercooked and had ZERO flavor other than the oil….. smh
Purchased 2 chicken sandwichs. 1 spicy 1 classic. The classic was old. Bun and breading soaked with grease. Breading falling off. Disgusting. The spicy sandwich was fresh.
I made an order by Doordash they forget the chocolate bignets and the sauces por the chicken finger ? Terrible
This store is just terrible. They always missed something (Sides, Biscuits, fries, 1-2 pieces of chicken in a family pack, etc.) and have never said sorry. This time they missed a sandwich. It is really annoying and unprofessional manner. I will never come back!!!
They mess up my order (missing items) more often than they don’t. Fortunately they have great customer service and take care of their mistakes with know questions asked.
