I ordered a veggie pizza and they put pepperoni on it. I returned to get it fixed and 5 mins later they gave me what was obviously a premade pizza they popped in the oven for 5 min. The guy was also on his phone the entire time and asked me to come back a third time to the store to get a refund. Fareed Tavalian, the district manager should know his store is being run into the ground. Waste of an hour and $14.
Horrible Service! Franklin the manager is lame!The messed up on my order and in order to get my refund on the mistake they made, i had to go and get the refund in person! When the order was done online and I paid the delivery fee! I texted pictures of the incorrect item so he wouldn't think I wanted free food and he still didn't believe me... horrible service! That store needs new management. I have given them so many chances and it's always the same screw-ups! District manager should contact me!
I ordered at 11am they said it was no drivers called at 1 and they transferred me and would not even take my split payment the guy who answered the phone was very rude! And hung up in my face. When I did my online order at 2pm they order was mixed up and the location never called and told me anything! I called myself to check on my order then told me I could get a credit and they will still deliver my food and the manager stated that’s all I can do for you and said “is that it or do you not understand” never in my life have I ever felt disrespected in my life I hope this goes to cooperate because this is no way to treat a HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL!!!!!
I don't normally complain because I understand some places are under staffed. But my issue is lack of communication. I ordered some pizza from this location for delivery. I waited 4 + hours for 2 pizzas. I thought maybe they were busy, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I called they tell me they don't have any delivery drivers. Why not call and tell me this ahead of time or when I ordered?
Bad service… will not be ordering from here ever again
Placed an order for the kids because we're having a sleepover at 9:30p.m at this location for delivery. They stated they called but the voicemail was full so they canceled the order after it was paid because the driver left. But never made the order at all so when we called to say we could pick it up before 10 p.m. they stated they never made it. It was canceled. Joshua sarcastically bickered and stated back and forth about the policy and why it was canceled instead of saying well yes it's not your fault our driver left. Yes we should have made the order still. But for the 12 min which includes when one worker hung up then the back and forth when I called back and spoke with Joshua in that time they could have made the order. But what it seems to me they didn't want to do there job. I worked in the food industry for years and that was not the right call. Very disappointed
Don’t order off the website they won’t tell you they don’t have drivers until after they take your money. 3 to five days until you get a refund. I low key feel like they don’t want to work because I agreed to pick it up and they told me I will have to wait 40 mins. SMH I ask him to call me when it was done or almost done since my order was paid for and he said no they can’t do that. So keep in mind this could be you call first before placing a order2 weeks later and I still haven’t got my refund!
I called in a order for 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of Dr Perper for delivery @ 5:29pm got my food cold @ 6:49pm wrong sauce. I called to get this fixed. But unfortunately they have horrible customer service. I recommend never ordering from here.Save your self the time and stress. Order from Domino's in Missouri city. Way better food and service.
System said 43-53 minutes for my delivery. 2 hours later, no phone call, no delivery. I called to check the status and spoke to a very rude and disrespectful young man! He was very dismissive of y inquiry. I even informed I could pick up. He continued to be confrontational with me and I do notice to pay money to places that that me like I am not a valuable customer.
I guess I should’ve known better by the ratings of this business however I ordered a pizza and wings at 9:09 pm. I waited for 2 hours after calling the store nobody answered and the call center where they take the orders told me I needed to go to the store for them to cancel after waiting another hour (3 hours). I get to the store for the girl to tell me they ran out of dough. HOW THE HELL ARE YOU A PIZZA PLACE AND RUN OUT OF DOUGH. Never again will I order pizza from this place this is ridiculous and the workers do not exemplify the core values of Pizza Hut at all.
