Place has gone downhill since Covid unfortunately. Timing of when food will be ready is not accurate at all. They make you get back in drive-thru line twice or more. Employees are nice enough, but with several other pizza places nearby… I’m not sure if they can compete.
Used to eat here often and loved it. But today had bad experience. Placed a dine-in order was given a total amount and paid but order was never placed, wasted 40 minutes waiting to learn that they didn’t even put it in the system and never charged my card. The gentleman that took my order looked like he still needs some training on how to take orders. Very upset, left hungry. They need to work on their service. Food is good tho.
Usually my go to during lunch.Salad was filthy, full of dirt…
Wow ! What an experience. I just moved to sienna and it’s so great to find a neighborhood spot that has amazing Italian food options. Pizza … amazing … pepperonis rolls the ?.com , salads are fresh , and I hear the wings are great ? you can tell the ingredients are fresh and they use high quality . Thanks pepperonis for serving this community !
Ordered food to be delivered. Very nice telephone interaction. Repeated order, said it would be 50 minutes. (Not surprised with worker shortage). Food arrived in 60 but still plenty warm. Sandwiches were great. Just a little hiccup, I got a regular coke when I ordered diet. I’d still order again. ‘‘Twas yummy! 5 stars even with the drink mixup.
Called to order a pizza at 9:30 from the Sienna location. placed the order, paid for the pizza all for someone to call me back and say they’re closed.Store actually closes at 10:00.Oh well. Won’t spend another dime at this establishment
Too many kids working there. No adults at all... Kids didn't pay attention to my order. It was a simple order,but the order was still wrong....
Thankful for the vegan options.This location was bouncing with youth running the pizza shop and handling all business. Thank you for the care of my pizza pie.
Pizza was just ok. Tastes the same as Domino's. Pepperoni's used to be really good. Now not much flavor. Bland. The delivery did come earlier than expected. I knew I should of ordered from Brooklyn Pizzeria.
When we first arrived no one greeted us for at least 5 min. On top of that the pizza was just awful. It was so soggy and had pools of water from the ice that melted off of it. I get that it’s frozen pizza, but this pizza was served to us like it was left out in a rainstorm. As soon as I lifted a slice all the toppings slid off in to a mushy damp mess.
