Pepperoni’s is usually my favorite pizza place to go to, but my family has been telling me that lately they haven’t been the best, I was in denial until I actually ordered from them this past Monday. I ordered pizza for delivery and when it arrived I quickly realized it was missing sauce. I called the store and told the lady on the phone what happened. First thing she says is “Are you sure there’s no sauce on the pizza, because I made it myself”. I’m guessing she was a manager or something and thought she was exempted from making mistakes. Lol I reassured her that I pulled the cheese back on more than one slice and there was no sign of sauce. She said she would remake it if I wanted to come pick it up….I really didn’t want to come pick it ip since I paid for delivery but I just wanted to get everything over with at this point. I pick up the pizza. And Bring the new one home. And after taking a couple bites, I realized they clearly gave me extra sauce….the pizza was practically falling apart and dripping as I ate it. So I guess she thought I really was just this customer who was being picky about the sauce being too little. The fact that I had to pick up my pizza, and the fact that I still ended up not getting the proper amount of sauce is frustrating. And I got nothing to make up for my time that got taken up. Clearly not the best customer service…I would just say…avoid going here on a Monday evening.
awful service. Placed my order online for pick up. Lady at the counter was dealing with an employee. I was a secondary concern for her. after paying her, she proceeded to ignore me. I waited a few minutes then asked if my pizza was still in process. She said no, its ready but needed to deal with her employee instead. she finally handed it to me without saying a word. Pizza was cold. Sorry to have been such a burden to you !!!. Will not be back.
The calzone came out of the oven sopping wet and greasy? The pizza was okay but the atmosphere and environment was not very nice or conducive
Very tasty and nice staff
In this case it’s the up sale on the pizza prices not the food. 8”-12”-16” yet the price difference for a small topping and medium topping is $8.00 but if you go from medium to large it’s $4.00For people who judge things by dollar and size .Yet for just cheese it’s opposite.I’d eat here more often if they priced things right. Raise the price of small pizzas or drop the price of medium. They’ll probably raise the price before they drop it. Too many stores use this tactic. Clever...
It was OK I ordered grub hub and it was super soggy like the box was soggy. It was actually impressive how soggy it was.
It’s great to have a local pizza place offering nondairy cheese on not only the pizza but also their cheesy bread. I hope they’ll eventually be able to offer more nondairy options such as for the pesto and other entrees maybe if they don’t already.
so good! one of the only chain pizza places around mo city/sl with tasty value! they actually understand how to make a pizza crispy without hard old cheese??
