Don't go to this Papa Johns! There is another one up the road at Glen lakes and hwy 6 that is operated much better!I've been here twice, both time they did not give me my dipping sauce, the second (and last time I will go) they took 1.5 hrs to prepare my takeout order submitted through the Papa johns app, even though they said it would take 45 to 50 minutes. So I went into the store when the app said the pizzas were ready but they had not even started preparing them.
This location doesn’t even deserve one star. On 2 occasions and they lied and said they delivered my pizza. The pizza was nowhere to be found
The pizza came out quickly since it was not such a busy time and a manager brought it to my car! I was impressed with the service and courtesy!

one star for on time delivery, one for the delivery driver, he was fantastic, and one for food freshness. Now, that's where it ends. My wife's pizza literally looked like a blind person cut it, My son's pizza looked like a blind person added the toppings, he had pepperoni an mushroom and several pieces had maybe one mushroom then another would have 10 lol... Mine was better but the onions were almost whole. but hey, this time at least i got all the extra garlic butter sauces that i ordered. maybe next time if the stars align it would be better. in the mean time, we will give other pizza businesses an opportunity.
Placed a simple order, and it took two hours for it to be delivered. Pizza was cold and crust was hard. Will not be ordering again
I ordered pizza and breadsticks brought to the hotel I stayed at. It arrived earlier than expected, and was hot and fresh.

Found 2 long hairs in our pizza about a month or so ago. Won't return.
