I have had 4 issues with this location and management has not cared to fix or address it in any manner. I have give up on this location. 1st a wrong mobile order that they blamed on me until I showed them the receipt they stuck to the bag then the cashier just said “oh, they get these mixed up all the time.” It was suppose to be two large fries they refunded the order and charged me for one. Okay but couldn’t they just refund one. 2nd time they gave my food to the car in front of me on accident. I get it but it was very frustrating because for what ever reason they refunded and recharged me and I’m honestly not sure why. The 3rd time they forgot cookies told me to come back and they were out, all I could do was laugh. The 4th time was the worse and is the last straw for me. The order was taken incorrectly but it was made correctly they just forgot a fry. The guy I guess told them what to make but needed to charge me for a whole meal instaed of the sandwiches. The manager started yelling at the employee say “it’s your fault… you messed it up” Then they requested cash to satisfy my bill but I asked for a receipt and then she says we have to start over and they will need to refund everything and starts yelling at the guy again. This is a very unprofessional location and Managers need some conflict resolution and customer satisfaction training.
This Mikey D's is hit or miss. Sometimes the people are VERY friendly and super helpful and other times, not so much. The restaurant itself is petty clean inside so that's something.However, there's never anyway to know which way we'll be faster. To go inside or not; that is the question! It just really depends. (MAJORITY of time, the line for drive-thru is ridiculously long)
I am a doordash driver and this is my second time coming to this McDonald's having to wait an hour and 20 minutes the first time in an hour on tonight and instead of the greeter saying welcome to McDonald's I was greeted as with what's up what do you want you cannot place an order at the bank you have to place an order at the window of course by the time I got to the window the person's order had been sitting for well over an hour and it is a lot of doordash orders that just sitting on the counter for hours but you still wait a long time this is the night shift
The ugliest customer service I ever encounter.Employees are rude and have no matters what so ever. Talking about customers and how they dont care about them in front of us. I usually stop by at times after shopping at Walmart but after this I dont even want to come back. My wife was disappointed with how employees just treated everyone there.
I cannot believe what me and my dad just experienced at this location. Sure, we've ordered multiple times here, but we have NEVER experienced something like this. My father has an accent, so they did have some trouble trying to order what he wanted. He asked for a Caramel Mocha, but the one "helping" us out started to laugh at his accent. Then, they had to get a muslim speaker (from what I can assume), to speak to him. I had to order for him, and I am so APPALLED at what happened. Me and my dad have never experienced this before.
I caught them on a day when nobody was in line. I was able to run right through and get my granddaughter something to eat. The lady at the pickup window was so pleasant. While you come across nice people in the drive-thru, there are those times when you come across those who are exceptionally kind. I truly appreciated her kind spirit.
I've come into that location 4 times now, requesting a strawberry banana smoothie. Each time I'm told that the machine doesn't work... You need to fix your machine, I don't want to believe that it is working and I'm just being lied too.
Poor service and so/so food. The fries were stale. It took people on the inside a long time to get their food. It took us 40 minutes. The person in charge was yelling at workers in an unprofessional manner who were a bunch kids who didn't seem to know what they were doing. I likely won't return. I only say likely because for some reason my husband can't do without their 20 piece nuggets lol ?
The cashier at the drive thru was a very skilled employee. His delivery and tone was excellent and he had great probing gestures as well.
The only McDonald's I recommend. I would travel to them..the staff as well as their lines are what the experience should be like Everytime at every McDonald's location
