Someone needs to figure out how to rate a service with less than one star! This review is based off two visits to this location, both of which were bad experiences due to receiving the wrong order or a messed up order.The most recent experience at this location was actually a few minutes ago and it was an order I placed at the drive-thru. I ordered two double quarter pounders and the special instructions were these: no cheese, no onions, with mayo only for the sauce, and finally, add lettuce and tomatoes. Simple enough right?I got the burgers and I opened them up obviously to check them before I went home especially since the previous time they decided to give me whatever they wanted instead of what I ordered. Both hamburgers had cheese so I parked, walked inside, and got with the manager so they could remake them.I got my burgers back and I again checked them while still standing there at the counter this time and, guess what!? They had ketchup on it and I only wanted mayo so they returned them to get them fixed again for the second time!I got my burgers back and this time they just made stuff up just to see if they could get it right by doing so and they removed the pickles. I was livid at this point and I asked the manager why they decided to make the burgers this time without pickles and she told me she could fix them. I told her, "No I'll take them even though they're not right, but I'm never coming back."I think one of the problems is they don't speak English very well. Why would you hire an employee in the U.S. that doesn't speak English very well?
The store opens at 6am. Both doors are locked. And when the manager comes and unlock the door at 610. He looks at me like I’m crazy. I told him Im just trying to place a order.
Ordered two meals with Crispy Chicken sandwich. All it had was chicken and 3 pieces of pickles in a bun. No lettuce, tomato, butter, mayonnaise, etc. Disappointing. Hard to figure out from the overcrowded and constantly moving menu in drive through. Not to mention the unhappy sounding voice taking order.
picked up 2 large hot cake breakfasts for my neighbor's who were indervtge weather. The drive thru was fast
I stopped in just wanting a snack. Was trying to order a Double Cheeseburger and an Apple pie using the app. The restaurant kept saying the code l was trying to use was no good. Tried it several times. Same results. I ended up leaving with no food. I don't know what the problem was. The exact same thing happened at another McDonald's several miles away. I wasn't happy but l will try it again in a few days. Hopefully the results will be better!
Everything was good, though their first kiosk was having issues with the screen freezing up while I tried to order. Everything else was totally fine!

No "hello" they look at me and keep on doing what they are doing. I ask the manager if someone was taking orders. This guy tells me that the cashier is busy right now. Then proceeded to say use the touch screen. All you had to do was say good morning sir. We will be with you in just a moment, please feel free to use the touch screen. Sorry for any inconvenience. That's it.
Not the healtist of choices, but I enjoy the McGriddle Breakfast Sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. Delicious.
