ASK FOR YOUR FOOD FRESH AND HOT..twice so they can make sure it’s HOT4/15/22 9:20-9:45 p.m… I ordered my food and told the girl taking my order I want it fresh and hot, she said of course….so I get to the window and ask this young boy is it fresh and hot, and he said to me “maybe”…are you for real ? then tells me to pull to the side. One or 2 cars leave after me then my food comes….but your telling me “maybe” are you serious ? my food better be hot cause I’m not paying for my food to be cold or warm…
This McDonald's location has a pretty busy drive through location. So I went inside to order instead. The menu prices have gone up. There is now a $3.00 value option which I thought is pretty decent. Next time I will choose this value option instead. It just makes me feel cheated when angst food meal costs the same as a restaurant meal. The fries are perfect so I just can't quit the golden arches. Friendly happy staffs. You should download the McDonald's app to get special values when you order online.
Went in to get food to take home. The cashier was very cordial. We had a laugh about some miscommunication about my order. Did not have to wait for too long. An additional employee checked in once I received my order to make sure I had everything and promptly took care of an item I was missing. Very good service!
Very clean very nice. The staff was nice and ready to help you. But the food is not fresh off the grill, it tasted like it was from under the lights pre made
Food is always fresh here my only complaint is the drive thru and parking but not only that if you take a look at the black truck left there children in the car while they got food inside also picture of mother coming out after 12 min inside McDonald's ?
Worse customer service ever.I was at the location today and the manager name Rosa and employee name Keith were totally disgraceful.Infact I and there was another lady with a headscarf too were treated completely differently by the manager name ROSA. She is a racist person. She refused to assist me and the other lady with our online orders which we had paid for and yet she was giving a royal treatment to the other customers of her choice.Manager named Rosa told other employees not to assist me as she needed themmore to pack the orders while she already had 10+ employees almost doing the same job.I did not get the order what I had paid for. They did not give me what I paid for saying, the app was not sending orders in their system. A complete lie but yet my payment was processed.Employee name Keith was continuously harassing me with in appropriate remarks. I am trying to reach the Customer service but at the same time this incident will be reported to BBB.Customers had to interfere on my half to stop the staff and also the other customers apologized to me for mcdonald staff particularly Rosa and Keith's behavior.How shameful!!!!
Came at 11:00 they pretend not to see me in the drive thru. I had a mobile order on the app and just waited while being ignored for 10 minutes. If your hours are different update the app and Google because it saids y’all are still open. If your shutting down 30 minutes early that’s not acceptable.
Cold quarter pounder and fries.They claim they make their burgers are made fresh when ordered; not this time.
The kids working behind the counter will slowly bag your food while looking at it get cold.The grass does okay and management is great
(1/9/22 around 3:15) I went through the drive thru and ordered my food along with some cookies. The cookies that I received were very hard so I asked the girl in the drive thru for some fresh ones. She turned around handed the cookies to someone and like 20 seconds later she hands me the bag. Idk if she thought I was dumb but I know the smell of FRESH cookies and the smell of cookies that were just popped into the microwave (burnt) and heated up in hopes that they would get soft. and I had no problem waiting as I always do. This McDonalds has had a bad rap for a while and maybe it’s because the people there don’t care. It wouldn’t have cost them anything to make me some fresh cookies but no they give me the same ones with a burnt smell. Get It Together!
