I usually order from this location all of the time due to it being close to my home and the pizza is always good but I'm so disappointed right now. There was a plastic lid from a container baked into one of my pizzas that I ordered for my children! I understand yall get busy but please be careful this is dangerous! Slow down, pay attention! Quality matters!
Ohhhh my God!! The absolute most incompetent, unprofessional, confused, ignorant staff on the planet earth! How do you leave a customer sitting at the fron for 10 min. You see me and choose to ignore me being there! I ordered my food on line 2 hours ago and asked for it to be ready by 9:30! This young man walks up to me with a confused expression and say I’m making your pizza now! This child never asked me my name! Ohhhhh no ! Now I been sitting out side for 15 min waiting for 3 pizzas that’s still not ready! Horrible location! Ruuunnnnn don’t get frustrated and ignored like me?????been waiting for 30 min! My food is still not ready! I place my order over 2 hours ago on line and it’s still not ready! Little Caesar’s you guys need competent workers!! Never again!! I’m going get a refund!
I didn't even want to give 1 star! This place has horrible service! Waited patiently 35 min for a Hot n Ready pizza! 1 freaking pizza! Then had the nerve to be rude to me.....Get it together folks! No it wasn't crazy busy!
I love this pizza. Which is surprising to others. It's cheap but they make it like I like it(not a lot of sauce).

I placed a delivery order online ( and paid) today 11/21 at 5:14 pm, the Uber driver called me to let me know he could not deliver my pizza because the location is closed and sent me a picture. The Little Caesars customer toll number is mission impossible to get a human on the line, recording states to leave a message. I will update if I get a reply and a refund. It is unethical for the Little Caesars website to be taking online orders and customers money if the location is closed. You have been warn this location is no bueno.update 11/22 finally reached someone from Little Caesars support team and was told they would send me a refund in 7-10 buis days. I asked why would the website continue to take orders if the store was closed ..not sure but could be the store forgot to closed down their system and the website would have directed me to another store. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I had to pick up a door dash at this location a few weeks ago and I walked inside the lobby was full but all the customers were standing or sitting off to the sides as if they were already dealt with I walked up to the very front middle to the front counter and there were five employees standing behind the counter not one of them was currently working on anything at the moment and they were all having personal conversations not one person literally greeted me to see if I was door dash or Uber eats and see if I needed to pick up an order or anything they all literally took turns looking at me and went on to having their own personal conversations I ended up walking out of the store to avoid conflict and I contacted DoorDash support gave them a spill of what was happening and door dash call the store and was able to cancel my order because I told them that with me not being able to be serviced by the five employees standing behind the counter how can I service my customer so I had to end up losing an order due to lack of professionalism and having a sense of efficiently servicing the delivery people that are delivering food for your company absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous after I left the store I saw outside I’m assuming the manager had the employees outside and was talking to them but literally not one person in that building spoke to me at all to see if I needed help and I have done hundreds of deliveries between DoorDash and ubereats and Instacart and I’ve never had any issues like this
Pleasantly surprised by the attentive service I received from Christopher when I walked in to place an order on Sept 1st. He even helped carry all the pizzas to my car. Clean lobby. Good pizza. Thank you
No gloves, no masks. The lady helping me was nice, but only acknowledged me five minutes after I had already been waiting, just to keep me waiting 5 more minutes. I didn't call for an order. I just wanted to pick up some hot and ready pizza and crazy bread. When I got home, the pizza wasn't properly cut. I had to cut all the pieces again. The crust was big but the the actual slice with the cheese and sauce was so thin, it flopped down like a new York style pizza. It was still edible but overall, the experience was not a good one.
