The crew at this place is awesome. They make some very good sandwiches here.
We just left Jimmy Johns, we placed orders for two umwich sandwiches and one with whole wheat sliced bread. The young lady, Caley (sp); came to the window and my daughter asked her “ Did you make one with the slice bread?”Well this young lady went off yelling at us.So one of my daughters stated no we are not taking this order after she is yelling!!!we drove to the front my second daughter goes in well Caley is cussing and yelling up a storm. She told them not to come back ever. As they are getting in the car she starts flicking (,the finger) off at us. OMG, I have been coming to this Jimmy Johns for two yrs and never have I been treated like this and she stated she was an Assistant Mgr. poor service!!!!
Really good service here. We walked in before they opened but they still served us quickly.
They have good days and bad days. They are fast just some of the ppl don't care about the way items look when placed on your sandwiches. Long story catch them on the right day and you'll get great sandwiches.
I was the car outside with better service!!!! LOL I can't say enough bad about this location!!! MANY bad experiences. They take 45mins for online order, 15mins for inside order, & 5 mins for drive thru. They will not get the freebies correct, no matter how you order. They have the same terrible employees every time who don't care about anything. Today was one of the better visits and they didn't give me any of the freebies that are listed on the receipt. I quite often drive further to a different location just to avoid this terrible service.
This was one of the worst experiences I had at a restaurant.1st they ran out of bread2nd the staff all were on their phones and playing around running outside with a staffer phone.3rd apparently one of the employees was off work but was up there cussing and didn't care that a customer was waiting on food.4th they ran out of bread so had to make a regular sandwich on that small bread and when I got home they made it wrong no spicy in the spicy Italian sandwich.
This store is always clean and consistent.. I come here weekly, never a problem. Not sure why the negative reviews.Love this place!
Good Food and fast service. Seriously. Them guys will have your sandwich ready before you even paid.
The staff members here are awesome. Went out of their way to help with my order and it was 5 minutes to closing. I want rushed and left happy! I will definitely be coming back a lot more!
Wow! I’ve tried a few other Jimmy Johns shops, but this one has the best bread! Very satisfied
