This place is always busy, clean and quick. Somehow these wonderful people maintain poise when it's nuts, don't get orders wrong and don't show any frustration when it's busy. This is a weekly spot for me! You guys rock!

Service was bad, no one greeted me, and most of all the food was terrible. I was the only there that needed to be waited on. About 7 more people came in, and all left before me. I was the last one to be served. Because my sandwich hadn't even been made.
The staff were friendly however the wait to get two regular sandwiches was entirely too long. This is not a spot for a quick bite. There were 4 staff members and the staff were all working but the system needs tweaking. Too many orders to fulfill, whether online or in person. There were quite a few people waiting around who had already ordered and there were about 3 people in front of me. We literally were in the restaurant over 30 minutes before rushing out with our order. We were going to walk out without sandwiches but felt because we were only waiting for toppings it shouldn't be that long...wrong.
If I could i would put 0 stars. My family and I went here and everything I ordered was disgusting . No flavor. I ordered the roast beef 6inch and the meat wasn't cooked all the way through my daughter says she instantly felt sick . We also ordered two chicken bacon ranch 6in and both tasted sour after 2-3 bites. Very upsetting thinking we had great meals.. on top of that it was wasn't worth the $50 we paid . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you want a good sub go to firehouse subs way better. Hopefully when I contact management I can get a refund because it was totally unworth it. My family is sick to the stomach .
I tried the space for the first time and was blown away by the quality of the food and the true sincere friendliness of the stuff. They seem really pleased and very happy to have me in the restaurant and they took care of me by making a tasty sub that I really like to eat the. If you are craving a sub and a nice friendly takeaway experience then this is the place to go. It is a local neighborhood place in a prime location. In short, I would highly recommend going here if you are cravinga sub.
This is honestly the best Jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. I placed an order and picked up from the location, but when I got home, I realized there were a few issues with my sandwich. Charlie, the general manager at this location, went above and beyond to correct the issue and offer great customer service.Not only did he offer to remake the sandwich, he also personally delivered the remake to my home (which for reference, I live 20 minutes from the location)!!I’m truly moved by how far Charlie went to make everything right with the order. I’ll be coming to this location from now on!Btw—the sandwiches are amazing as always. This experience was just the icing on the cake .
I've been to every Jersey Mike's in Houston and none can compare to this location on Hwy 6 in Sienna. The place is always clean and the staff members are friendly and inviting. The manager, Charlie, is the best. He remembers repeat customers by name and even knows how you like your sandwich. Very friendly and will suggest secret off menu items if you don't know exactly what you want to try. He makes you want to come back because you don't find service like that everywhere. I highly recommend this location. Trust me, you won't look at other Jersey Mike locations the same! Ask for Charlie.
