Customer service is horrible here. Kids working behind the counter with no management available
Jamba is AWESOME! I got the mango a gogo, which I have been ordering for years. My son ordered the blueberry lemonade. So good. Also ordered the waffles, which I didn't think would be good. It was hot and moist.
It’s Jamba so hard to mess up too much. Have had issues ordering online and they haven’t even started my order when I arrive (occasionally with an empty lobby as well).
Clean, good smoothies, pretty good service! Will come back!!??
Our drinks were not up to standard. They were watery, really disppointed. Manager in training needs some additional guidance. When he had to make a refund he was visibly annoyed, he did not communicate just handed off the refund. He needs to know mistakes and misunderstandings will happen and the customerneeds to be acknowledged.
This place has a bunch of kids working thier, with no adult supervision. I've gone in there this pass Saturday and the messed up my order. I called back to speak with a manager and was put on hold 2 to 3 times were thay can find the manger number by a young lady named Kate. Called back a 3 time to be told by her, that she couldn't give out the number because he's doing oersam
Friendly staff and quick service. A bit overpriced for me but if you like it, I love it.
I just left this place and a young man by the name of Malachi took my order and he was very low tone and non-chalant. I told him my order which I asked for no blueberries or coconut flakes but add peanut butter and he messed up and put blueberries. I nicely told him I asked for no blueberries and he immediately got an attutude re-made my order and slide it on the counter and walked off. I said thank you and he did not reply, it is too early in the morning to already have an attitude smh just unnecessary I won't be going back to the Sienna location.

Ordered today and the wrong wrap was delievered. And, the food they deleivered was cold. Nothing like eating a cold sauage sandwich when it should have been a warm sausage wrap.Also, the waffles were cold. These are supposed to be warm.I called and asked for a manager, and the girl said no manager was on duty today. Really?Sad.
