Drive Thru service was quick; food was accurate and fresh. The staff was friendly.
Been in line for 35 mins as I type this review. Likely will be here longer. I feel despair, anger, and remorse. This experience has persuaded me to cook my own food because I value the life I have left.
Jack in the box was good as usual. I had a Homestyle burger with some tacos??
This place is supposed to be 24 hrs but they always say they are closed and make you wait forever before letting you know. Change your hours or serve food like you are supposed to do.
coming here all my life never been charged for buttermilk or nothing like that all of a sudden they charging ask the guy when they start doing that he said forever which is a lie want to get argumentative about it it's just sauce
The place is clean.. was told to go to interview at 930am and not to be late.. 20 min later manager never showed .. so I left...
Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive-thru to be told be the attended "we're closed, thank you". Needless to say the young man at the window was very accommodating when I asked for a refund, BUT, the spicy chicken cluck looked nothing like what was on the menu. Their traditional spicy crispy chicken sandwich tasted much better!
If I could give this place a 0 I would but I can’t. I just left that place and the guy in the window is so rude. I myself work in customer service, so I hate when a person that works in the same occupation as me acts that way. I specifically asked them to give me hot sauce and they were in such a hurry to get me out of the window they didn’t acknowledge my request. I don’t care about the hot sauce, but I did hate the customer. It’s all about the principal!
Missing food and condiments on burger I asked not to be on there that I know son won't eat. Showed up on screen as I wanted, got home and everything on there so was a whole waste had to go back out and get son food from sum where else.
Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal the only thing they got right was the french fries! instead of a Diet Coke I got a Dr Pepper and the chicken patty was more like a piece of cardboard. Not good!
