I order through the drive through the lady could not hear me she did not sound correctly. When I arrived at the window to pay the place has a really bad Marijuana smell. It’s horrible. Looking at the place inside it’s also very dirty she did not complete my order and she looked off completely. The burger did not even had bacon. And did not have what I really wanted the fully loaded tacos.
Jack in The Box is what it is. You usually get decent food at a good price. This particular location was just dirty, and the staff was arguing and carrying on. It wasn't a good experience overall. Even my burger was like it was drowning in ketchup and mustard. I won't be returning.
UPDATE: Per the owners response I went to the website to leave feedback but this location is not listed on the website, how convenient!!!EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location some part of my order is wrong, at this point it seems like they do it intentionally to see if the customer will notice. The employees are not very friendly. They take your order then ask you to move up & park, this is so that on their timer it seems like they served you quickly when you actually wait 10 mins or longer for your food THAT IS DISHONEST! I won't return
Eat there often. Selection is diverse so I don't get burned out. However, when it has multiple selection, staff select the lowest price. Example, chicken sandwich verse cluck chicken sandwich. I didn't get the cluck which is what I ordered.
The drive thru menu board is falling apart. Cashier didn't give total cost or receipt or napkins. But food was fresh and service was fast.
Hey I just stopped by for lunch and got 2 orders of those tiny tacos only cheese and they were great! And to add to that YESENIA customer service was the best very helpful ? ?
If I could give zero stars I would the African American guy with blonde hair and very long beard was very rude he doesn’t wear any type of gloves while making food and cuss me out when I mention it to him . Let’s do better jack in a box
Every single time I've gotten delivery from this place they have messed up my order. This most recent time they left 2 tacos out of my order and apparently they had absolutely no drinks? They have sent half of our order constantly and never issue refunds on their end of the app. I keep giving them chances but I am tired of it.
Tacos were overcooked. Fries were cold. Had to ask them to cook fresh fries so they overcooked my tacos.
It sucked,u would think we were in a third world country, at 11PM had only 50 % of its menu,how could you have service with a smile!
