Worst Jack in the box location ever. Its always closed. It had a sign saying its only taking 3rd party orders. What kinda fast food place does that !!!! Just horrible. This location just never fails to disappoint us. It should just be closed down.
Bad experience the lady act like they don’t like they job!! The order experience was terrible through the drive thru 5/29/22 please if you going to work at Jack in the box have good customer service skills even if you having a bad day.
Second time in same week, went through drive thru, they made me pull around even with no one behind me, parked and waited by store entrance, both times the orders were given to me incorrect only rec'd receipt for one. Love the food, if they can get my order right and stay at drive thru window. Otherwise what's the point of the drive thru
The WORST location!!! The Hispanic man in the morning with the ponytail is absolutely rude every morning. He told me to GO TO HELL when I asked why is he so rude every morning. I have complained and he still acts that way. I don’t trust him around people’s food.
Ordered a number 3 medium with curley fries, sweet tea and light ice. Received a cheese burger but did not realize it until I got home. Tried to contact store - no response.
I went through the drive-thru there were no other cars in line. When I got up to the window she handed me my bag. I paid for it. I drove home 1.3 miles and when I got there my burgers were ice cold
What the hell kind of service you have going on here? Order 3 stuffed jalapeños and get one that’s so small it’s just cheese! Disappointing for what I’m paying.
Someone spit in my burger. There was a big hunk of slimy phlegm in my bacon ultimate cheeseburger. From the looks of the reviews, they need to clean house at this location.
I pulled in the line with one car ahead of me and it was 5:20 I just leaving the line at 5:42. This is ridiculous. The lady took a while to get my order . Why such a long wait. One car in the parking lot . I'm very disappointed. Not coming to this location again. My tacos have meat on half of the taco . Wow. Horrible service and the quality is not good. They need to get better
I had been to many Jack in the Box in town but this is the worst of all. Customer services is horrible. The men and ladies here speak with no manners and sounds like they want to pick a fight. We got scare and ran to another fast food location. Food also lacking in quality. They need a new manager to trains their employees to talk nicely to customers.
